That Caesar salad was delicious but I tried the chicken parmigiana and negative then I got the garlic shrimp Alfredo and let’s just say they need some seasoning this was my second time coming and it might of been my last that chicken parm ain’t it idk what kind of chicken buuuutttt yeah

We walked in with a reservation and got seated right away. I thought the place was nice and alive. Our server was great and attentive, 100 percent liked this dude. The food though was excessive. By that I mean my salad dressing caesar was too tangy and my mizithra was dry and too salty.

Waited over 30 minutes to get a refill on drinks. The event we were attending also had a limited menu which didn't even have spaghetti on it. We could only pick from ravioli, Lasagna and some spicy noodles. The spaghetti factory should offer spaghetti on their limited menus even for events. Our whole party was disappointed.

Horrible! Absolutely atrocious food, just make it at home. The spaghetti feels like rubber, the sauces are reheated and not fresh, they also feel way to watery and oily. The cream sodas is like spoiled milk with a lot of sugar. Salad and bread are decent but they're not even the main course. The desserts are so overpriced for no reason, a slice of cake shoul not cost 7 whole dollars!! Tiramisu is obviously served from frozen, the texture is off and you could clearly tell it wasn't fresh either. Dont even get me started on the conditions these poor workers have to struggle through. We saw them running around without a manager in sight, it was complete chaos. What kind of clown is running this place??!! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

Fantastic Restaurant!The waiter was the best! The atmosphere was perfection and the food was excellent!!!The mushroom sauce was exactly the same recipe I used to get at the original Spaghetti factory in Newport Beach, CA.Great restaurant!Vegetarian options: You can order which type of combination you desire. There are other vegetarian options like tortellini.
