I ordered a mex hamburger deluxe burrito and received a chorizo and egg burrito deluxe. I went back for the correct order sat in line for another 20 minutes and asked if I could have the other burrito for the inconvenience and they said no. So for wasting an hour of my day you deserve a 2 star rating and I will be taking my business to chili shack down the street!

Food was terrible and none of the 3 burritos we ordered had any chorizo in them. All eggs was very bland! Dont waste your time or money with this location. Plus got it delivered and didn't put any forks or knives to eat the food with..Smh

We used to eat at Chubby's regularly but it's too spicy hot. Today I was pleased to see they have a milder green chili.

Place is a joke, go through the drive thru to wait forever to then get home to have my order made wrong. Call to speak to someone and they have the nerve to give me attitude because they can’t do right. Drive back to have my order remade and wait while they BS. Long story short, don’t go here.

Their really getting stingy with the chili order a double mexican hamburger hardly no chili and plates they used today got home and the plates fell apart and the paper plate they use soak up the chili

The food is mediocre at best. I don't like American cheese on my Mexican food. It should always be cheddar!

The gentleman that does the drive through is always very nice and professional.

Found a long hair in my food. I have short hair and when I want to show them they specifically said our chef is bald. I don’t know how that could happen. And told them I have short hair. There’s no way this hair could be mine. And was told that they cannot do anything about it when I asked for a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and they said we don’t have a manager on hand. So I took the plate and just left it on the counter and said you deal with it.
Don’t understand how that works. Poor customer service at this place. Do not recommend coming here.

September 5, 2025 came to get a small smothered fry red chili and as I was eating it there was a long hair in my food. Disgusting I recommend not to eat here because they will not fix the issue or refund your money 🤮
