When I pulled up to the drive thru today the person in front of me was yelling at cashier and it looked like she got a refund. I felt bad for the cashier until I got home and realized they didn't put beacon on my burrito. I get the same thing every time, bean beacon and chicharon, she couldn't understand me when I gave her my order the first time so I turned my car off and said it slower, she read it back to me and for some reason she maybe couldn't find the beacon button so she decided not to add it at all. Not a big deal to me but it was a bummer forsure.

The food for the most part is good. We’ve been having to order extra chilli just to get what used to be a normal amount, but paying extra is not worth it anymore. The portions keep getting smaller and smaller.

Julian made us feel like we were family, in his home. I have never had such personal service in a restaurant and the food was fantastic!!
Used to have it rated as a 5. Felt the need to change it to a 1 because of poor quality and missing items. Ordered tacos and they came with almost no beef. I called and asked if I came in and brought the order if they could make it right. Manager said there was nothing she could do.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. My daughter had a roach crawl on her shoe. We had a pickup order and wanted a refund after this. The so called supervisor said that was not possible due to it already being made and the bug wasn't found in the kitchen or food. After I told him that the cops and health dept would be called he threw the money at me. He was lucky my daughter was here or he would be eating through a straw. I am calling the health dept Monday.

The smothered and deluxe burritos there are very good. Just be aware, the food is usually a bit spicy, especially if you get anything smothered with the chili.
