The Stillery

My wife and I were really excited to try The Stillery In Westminster, we loved the thought of being able to eat a bit, dance and listen to some good music! The ambiance, music and service was amazing... but we were super disappointed in the food. So much so, we probably would not come back or we would eat somewhere else first. Not sure if we would recommend or come back.

Great place to enjoy live music, fantastic food and excellent service! I highly recommend going there and having a wonderful experience!

Staff was great. My husband and I shared the Patty melt. I think they should have called it a mushroom and onion melt because the Patty was almost non existent. The french fries must have come from the bottom of the bag because the longest one was maybe and inch if that.

Not my vibe but if you are into loud live country music, slow service and strong drinks this might be the place for you. I miss Rock Bottom Brewery.

I highly recommend!
The music is great! Good dance floor ( need more dancers!) a little pricey ($15 glass of wine), but no cover charge, so it balances out.

I surprised my mom with retirement get together and this place took the best care of us we could have ever hoped for. Food and service were phenomenal and Scott was especially accommodating and helpful. We will all be back many times.

How does this only have 4.1 stars here!?

The atmosphere screams cowboy bar, but I bet it would be hopping on a Friday or Saturday night! This seems like a very fun place to dance, listen to music or people watch!

The food was great, although I just had loaded fries, they came out hot and quickly!

I sat at the bar, although didn't order a drink, the drink menu and beer selection was very extensive and you should find anything you wanted there!

The service was great and the bartender took care of me and a group of men on the other side of the bar with no issues and I appreciated the kindness he showed!

I would come back here if I were in town, but seeing it with people dancing and singing would be better, I think.

This place is incredibly amazing! There’s nothing like it anywhere around. Live music 7 days a week, no one has that, and full bands on the weekends! Trivia on Wednesdays, country dance lessons on Thursdays, AND custom made cowboys hats on Saturdays! Pet friendly patio with 3 firepits, dancing, video games, darts, cornhole! On top of amazing food and drinks! Lime I said, this place is incredible.

We really wanted to like this place. Music every night and awesome menu options; we couldn’t wait to check it out! We decided to come to celebrate my 10 year old’s birthday tonight and it was the worst service I’ve had in a very long time. I don’t know if you could even call it service, because we didn’t receive any. Constantly forgotten about, and when we mentioned we’d been waiting for our dessert for 30 minutes, we were told they had a large company party and there’s “nothing we can do about it” with a shrug. I bussed our own table, we didn’t get an opportunity to order more drinks and no one checked on us. As someone who is in the industry, I give a lot of grace because I know how hard having a business and a commercial kitchen is. But our service tonight was so bad that I was legitimately laughing due to the ridiculousness of it all towards the end. Won’t be back to use our $10 coins we received with a very insincere apology. Which is a bummer because we enjoyed our food and listening to the music!
