The items are tasty, however overpriced for not actually fresh baked goods. Almost all items, cakes, and pastries are delivered frozen, with a few enhanced with fruit or fancy toppings. Employees receive poor treatment, barely making minimum wage, and are never allowed to become full-time. You can buy the same items online, frozen, and receive them at the same quality, except not marked up 2 to 3 times the cost.

I'm disappointed. I made a reservation a day before for my wedding anniversary and went to pick up the cake and got it frozen for their mistake. The gave it to me and told me it would be ready in an hour, but the truth was different. It was freezing to the point that I couldn't even put a candle on it. In fact, this isn't the first time their mistake has happened. The same thing happened back in Christmas 2024. I understood then because it was a busy season. So I even made a reservation this time. I really don't understand.

Ordered a tiramisu cake and paid $42 for it. Upon receiving it is a very tiny cake
Maybe 6x6 inches and only an inch thick. It is not worth the money for the amount of cake you receive. Very disappointed

We purchased a coffee bread, among other items. Not having eaten one before, I cannot tell what the filling is. I wish there was more of a description of what the item contains. Also, the top half of the bread was hollow. Is this normal? Really tasty though!

Great atmosphere & love the bakery . There was one employee on the floor handling everything . I felt bad for him & tipped extra . He’s running register , making drinks, & heating up pastries. 10/10 great customer service

Stopped in for the first time today and am going to be coming back soon! The seasonal Tiramisu latte is delicious, and all the baked goods look divine. I had the matcha cream croissant and mango donut, and they were both delicious. Service is very friendly, and the entire cafe is a great vibe.

Oh man! If you haven't tried this place, you need to keep it on your list. It's amazingly good, the staff is always sweet and helpful. The sweet bread is perfect!

I come here weekly to get a great latte on my way to work. It’s hard to control yourself and not get a few goodies on the way to the counter, a test I - typically and happily - fail. Everything I have had here, from the sandwiches, to macaroons have been great quality. The staff are cheerfully welcoming and attentive. When I get to work, I normally get envious comments of “oh that looks so good! Where’d ya get that?” lol definitely give them a try. They also have a great selection of birthday cakes etc.
