The workers were so nice and fast.

The man in charge of the cash register has a terrible attitude and provides awful service. He doesn't greet customers, speaks rudely, treats people with contempt, shows no courtesy whatsoever, and offers zero attention or friendliness. I definitely won't be coming back here.

Last 3 times I’ve been here I order online and all three times I don’t get protein in the smoothie. It’s not hard to miss when you taste it.
I understand that sometimes mistakes happen but not three times in a row. Do better.

We went here last Thursday night (10/16/2025) to try it out. Hoping for a sweet treat! The person who took our order was talking on her phone through her earbuds in a different language. She came from behind us to get to the register. She NEVER spoke to us, just kept talking to the person on the phone. She used her hand to motion that she was waiting for us to order. I placed our order. And a couple of minutes later, she slammed our smoothies on the counter and walked back down the hallway that she came from. It was an awful experience! And the smoothies tasted bitter and overpriced. Will definitely tell everyone to STAY AWAY from this pathetic place.

Why do you guys say you close at 9 if the doors are closed by 8:40 please update your time drove 25 minutes for nothing !! This happened twice already so disappointing.

My açaí bowl was good but the strawberries were very sour. I don’t mind that too much just that my receipt had one price, however, my account was charged 30 cents more. This isn’t much more, however, any discrepancy is alarming.
