Had Tsaocaa in many other places before. This is the worst store of their franchise. Staff here doesn’t know how to make 30% sweetness and instead gave us insanely sweet like 100% lime tea. Also the melon here tastes rotten and not fresh at all.

Avoid taro anything. I paid eight bucks for a horribly underblended taro powder drink. Like trying to swallow chalk dust. Left grainy residue in the straw. Undrinkable. Gross. Everyone else’s drinks were good.

A pretty average milktea experience at this franchise location. I was disappointed since I've been to another location where I really enjoyed the drinks, which were made with fresh taro and tea. Drinks here were overly sweetened (even with me asking for 50% sweetness) and my taro drink did not have any of the starchiness that you'd expect from real taro.
Employees really did not seem like they wanted to be there. Seating area is small and barebones with trash littered over the tables even though there was only one other person there besides us. Hoping this was just a one-off experience but will be going elsewhere for my boba fix.

Love this place! They have hot and cold tea. They sell really cute crystal things, phone charms, bracelets, car charms. They're in the same parking lot as the H mart, it's just kind of hiding behind some trees in the corner. Definitely use your GPS and come check it out!

Love this place, I drive 25 mins to come here and plan what to go to places in the surrounding area. In same plaza as HMart and right off the freeway.
I love the Lychee green milk tea with Nata jelly, peach, and the melon green milk tea. Typically do 50% and it’s perfect. You can taste the tea, not overpowered. I believe they use fresh ingredients and minimal powder. Both drinks use to be $6.25 (last came end of June 2025). I came yesterday and got the lychee and was $7.95. Almost $2 increase in price.. WILD. Was $9 after tax, which turned me off.
Tried the taro milk tea with fresh taro paste, a popular drink. I thought it was just okay. Not enough taro and was plain. Everytime i come, it’s slow and they make your drinks fast. Girls are always sitting behind the counter. Theres a 50cent service fee - ON THE MACHINE OR WHEN YOU ORDER UP FRONT. Stupid. I probably won’t be returning with this dramatic price increase unfortunately! Inflation at its finest but a nearly $2 increase is crazy. Byeeee
You can mix different flavors together and it's even more delicious!!! I have been quite a few times now and prefer to go here for a tea with fruit flavors and pieces in it instead of eating ice cream. The staff are friendly, professional and wonderful to talk with if dining in!
