We live in North Denver and driving to Aurora seems like a trek for jjajang myun & tang soo yook so we head to Westminster H-mart. I've been here a couple times for these dishes and the tang soo yook is usually super crispy and tasty. Don’t get me wrong, it’s delicious, but it’s NOT jjambbong (spicy seafood soup). I wonder the new owner even know what jjambong tastes like. The new owner should go to another korean-chinese restaurant and try what Jjambong is. It tastes like a completely different type of dish. Both my husband and myself said it tastes nothing like jjambong. The jjajangmyun is pretty good though. Nice and friendly staff.
