Best Italian sausage I've had in decades! I stopped buying Italian sausage, because the grocery store stuff is not good. Whole Foods sausage is *okay*, but not as good as Valente's. Although it's a long drive from DTC, but I'll come back soon with cooler and ice packs to stock up.
My son used to live near here, and Valente's was a 'must' stop when he was in town recently. He's a BIG fan of the pepperoni bread and cannolis. Those are on my list now.

Nice little spot but their google address is wrong! Search for “Subjective Coffee”, a shop right next to them, and you’ll find it.

Hands-down, the best Italian market/deli and bakery in Colorado Carmine Lonardo's Italian was terrible do not recommend going there as this place is 1000 times better!!

Valente's is a quaint Italian bakery with tasty sandwich options. I had the signature Valente Sub and it hit the spot (the banana peppers are a must). They were slightly busy, so the sandwich seemed to take longer to make than expected. But, it was worth the wait and the staff were friendly.

Valente’s is a hidden gem! The Valente sandwich was stacked and delicious, the sausage canoli was next-level, and the whole place has that authentic Italian market charm. Fast service, friendly owners and employees, and seriously crave-worthy food. Will definitely be back!
