I want to start this review by saying Volcano Ramen converted me to a sushi person. I previously had poor experiences with sushi and hadn’t found anything I liked, but we ordered the Volcano Deep Fried Roll and it was instant love. I can confidently say I will be back to try more sushi in the future.
We also ordered the Hokkaido Spicy Beef Ramen. It was a large bowl with a decent amount of meat along with perfect soft eggs and so much flavor.
Service was fast and very professional. We felt like we were treated very well. It’s a great place to go if you want a calm and quiet atmosphere.

My friend and I shared dinner here and it was delicious for appetizers, dinner, and dessert!
We got the crab rangoons, kobe beef steamed buns, tonkatsu ramen, volcano sushi roll, and two orders of mochi. All for just under $60!
Crab rangoons were probably the best I've ever had! The cream cheese was gooey and hot, not chunky or cold at all. Steamed buns had delish beef and sauce! Her tonkatsu ramen was so good, she ate every last bite. And the sushi was comparable in taste to my usual favorite place, for much cheaper!! For dessert, we got the green tea and strawberry mochi, and they were a classic hit.
Customer service was fast and very kind, food was absolutely delicious, and reasonably priced! Plus the decor for the place was super fun and created a great environment. I'll definitely be coming back here!!

Beautiful restaurant, great location, kind service. I had looked them up prior to arriving, first time in, and was just coming in to split a few things, finding out they now do an ayce menu (all you can eat). My best friend and I decided to go for the all-you-can-eat menu , but they are new to this style of service. Most all you can eat places serve in smaller portions, Volcano forgets to mention these are full size portions, but WILL tell you they charge for any leftovers. 90 minute time limit and pressured at the door (and table) to make a quick decision on what menu you want to choose from.
That being said their ayce bowl of ramen is a full size portion (huge loaded bowl that would have added $17 to my check if I wouldn't have finished it) / stuffed avocado 4cs/ takoyaki 4pcs/ crab rangoon 4pcs (no crab inside) /specialty rolls 8-10pc/ SASHIMI-> 4 pcs per person per visit (this is what I came for and why I chose this option) / yellowtail hamatchi 5pcs/ seaweed salad portion was gigantic ( way bigger than any regular restaurant would serve a single portion sold individually) .
Fried foods will come out first because they are more filling- lower cost items come in mass quantity (salads, seaweed salad) Bao bun meats were excellent, Bao bun itself was not great.
LOVED their ramen. Glad I only got one bowl due to portion size, but would be nice to see them adjust portions to accommodate their ayce menu. I will definitely be back but will be sure to BEWARE THE UP CHARGES.

I LOVED IT HERE !!!!! Esther is actually the goat- it's unreal how hard she works!! I didn't see her get a break once, and even yet she's cracking jokes and checking on us every two to three minutes.

I love this restaurant! The staff is very kind and the food is consistently delicious. Service was incredibly fast and I love their variety of dishes. Decor is beautiful. Good music, plenty of seating. My only note is that I don't think the bathrooms need to be gendered, especially since they are all single stall.

The food is inferior. We ordered calamari as a starter and they were dark brown and crusty, nowhere near the Japanese tempura style. The chicken felt as if it was undercooked, gummy texture, fried rice was Chinese style. Didn’t get the miso soup or salad that were supposed to come with the meal. Sushi was ok, nothing special. The waitress was lovely. The place itself is pleasant and spacious but the food left a lot to desire. Will not visit again.
