Is a good butcher, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We're able to help make some cuts right sized for a few cooks. Also have good selection of spices and rubs.
I have been going to Wally's Quality Meats for a while now. Their products never disappoint on quality and they are competitively priced compared to the surrounding area. They always have what I am looking for whether i am looking for a special cut or bomes for broth. I haven't met anyone here who isn't willing to to offer their opinion when asked or answer just about any question i have had. This is the only place I trust when it comes to a good quality cut of meat!

Was really excited to try this local, small business to purchase some meat. Unfortunately, it wasn't the customer service feel you'd expect from a local meat shop. When asking the meat counter if they had a certain spice mixture, I was given a whole dissertation on how people in Colorado don't eat that. The condescending attitude wasn't needed but I continued to purchase some meat because I enjoy supporting local businesses. I waited to write this review after we tried our selection. I have never had sausage from a local meat shop that tasted so porky. Go to Sam's in Aurora or Edwards in Wheat Ridge.

Prime ribeyes were perfect. Very neat and clean, products well displayed.
Was able to get Beef Suet along with a homemade pie. I'm looking forward to trying their variety of meats next. Bison to lamb bacon. They got it all.

I go to a butcher shop to get quality meats and good customer service. One of the guys behind the counter doesn’t provide good customer service & didn’t make me feel super welcome either. Do better my guy.
