Wally's Quality Meats

**DO NOT GO HERE**
My father went in to get some cuts of steaks 2 New York that were “special” and one filet. The New Yorks were some of the worst cuts ever. Had to cut off at least 3/4ths of the steak to have a decent small bite. Which when we finally after spending 10 minutes cutting off so much fat, tendons ect. The steak was CHEWY. The filet as well was such a bad cut but not as bad as the New Yorks. After spending around 100$ for all of that combined we will never ever be coming back nor will we ever recommend them. Do not go here and spend your hard earned money.

Great spot to grab some quality meat in Westminster! They had a great variety of beef as well as pork and chicken. Lots of frozen options to choose from a 20% bucket as well! Employees were very welcoming and helpful. Definitely coming back to grab more steaks soon!

Great selection and quality

We used to love coming here, but the gentlemen that helped me today was incredibly rude and demeaning. He ridiculed me for not remembering the exact name of the meat I wanted and then demanded an exact weight instead of helping me decide based on number of people I was serving. I thought the benefit of going to a butcher shop was the customer service, but not anymore here. Disappointing.

Excellent customer service and you get the old school feel of choosing your meat your cuts and they don't rush you and all they do is give you great advice I love Wally's they're chicken wings are the best in town

Got lamb chops and duck for a Christmas dinner, it was amazing 👏 also I get jerky meat from here, they slice it to the desired thickness and I always get good results

Stopped in a couple days before Christmas. They were super busy, everything looked amazing, I'll definitely be back!

I use to love this place but I will never go back. They are selling low quality meat at prime prices. Their meat is all packer meat they sold me a prime rib at $32 a lb that is unheard of. I go back to Kansas and get prime beef that’s aged for around 5.55 a lb for a half a beef. So I just paid a near a quarter of what a half beef cost for a 9lb prime rib. These guys are crooks and I would never recommend them to anyone. Seems to be one of those that take advantage during the holidays. Steer clear go to your local rancher you will save a ton of money. Just so you reading are aware average cost of a prime rib is $12 a pound with high end of its prime aged beef being $20 and they charge 32 for choice which is the lowest grade of meat you can get. Unfortunately they get away with this as city folk don’t know the truth about meat but when you are farm raised from ks you know when you are being ripped off. Shame on you guys seriously $32 a lb for choice. No wonder you don’t tell prices until you get up to pay.

Wally's carries lots of great different meats and various sausages that I could not find anywhere else. Very good quality and delicious!

I'm probably one of the few vegetarians that shop here but they have seriously the best cheese curds!
