Absolutely hate that this Wendy’s is now putting shredded lettuce on their burgers. Changes the entre entirely. The brown spots on the nearly all white shredded lettuce are also disgusting. I will not be returning until they stop this practice.

Got a tummy ache and cramps all day after eating their nuggets and chili which was weird
The food we got today was so fresh! Lovely customer service and the place looked really clean. Lots of wonderful young people who clearly care a lot about doing things the right way.

I usually enjoy eating at Wendy’s, but my most recent experience was incredibly frustrating. I placed a very simple order: a sandwich with no tomato and no mayonnaise. I even double-checked with the cashier to make sure those changes were noted. They nodded and assured me it would be made the way I asked.
When I got my food and sat down to eat, I noticed immediately that there was a big slice of tomato right on the sandwich—exactly what I asked them to leave off. Not only that, but it was also slathered in mayonnaise, which I specifically said I didn’t want. It might seem like a small thing to some people, but I have dietary preferences (and honestly, I just hate mayonnaise). It completely ruined the taste of the sandwich for me.
I had to take it back to the counter, and although the staff remade it, there was no apology, no acknowledgment that they’d made a mistake. I had to wait again while my friends were already eating, and by the time I got my corrected sandwich, I wasn’t even hungry anymore.
Wendy’s has good food, but experiences like this really affect customer trust. If someone takes the time to customize their order, it should be respected. I hope they train their staff to pay more attention moving forward. This isn’t just about a tomato—it’s about caring enough to get it right.
I dont typically go out of my way to post negative reviews.
I went through the drive through 30 minutes ago, I ordered a number 1 single combo no cheese large with a Dr pepper along with a JBC biggie bag medium.
Im not exaggerating in saying this:
EVERY ITEM OF MY FOOD WAS OLD/COLD.
I dont know when they cooke the burger patties but it wasnt any time recently, not to mention the Nuggets on the biggie bag(i used to work for wendys so i know what 30 minite old nugs are like) fries we full for a change but had literally no heat to them at all.
To go spend 20$ on fast food, I would expect to at least get hot food. There are other locations not far away. Go there..
I'll let the amount of onion speak for itself 🤣
This place can never ever get orders correct ! I’m not sure what’s so hard about getting an order right when there isn’t a line ?! Should prob hire people who can get orders correctly instead of wasting people’s money ! Not everyone can take the trip back to this location to get it fixed
The night time crew used to be on point up until 2 weeks ago, if you show up between 9:30 -10:30 your fries are going to be old and a good chance of them not giving you the right burger
