Drive thru staff is obviously not trained. We had to repeat our order many times both through the microphone and at the window. Used points within app for a free sandwich. They didn't scan. Asked for a receipt and was completely ignored.

This store is drastically understaffed! Even in slow times of day, the wait is horrendous. The staff is essentially incompetent. New Management is desperately needed!

I ordered two small chilies and a large soda. Got all the way home and both chilies the beans were hard. My dad even said that he's was too his 90 so you want you might want to check your beans before you're going to put them out to the people. Make sure your beans are cooked right because you can get somebody sick and then they can sue you for that. I ordered from the drive-thru. There wasnt nobody in line there. They said hold on about 10 minutes later they took my order. Didn't even give me a receipt.

Sorry to say but this is literally the worst Wendy's ever. If you don't get somebody rude at the window you get somebody that doesn't know what they're doing. A lot of the times the order is made wrong. It's worth the travel to go to any other Wendy's. Maybe the problem is a owner that hires incompetent management. Either way they should give it a thought. I'm willing to try them again even though they've had plenty of chances and give them a better rating in the future if they improve their service

Ordered the number 5 combo which is a grilled chicken ranch wrap I'm getting the wrap the chicken is freezing cold I go into the store to let them know that I've never gotten cold chicken on a chicken wrap the manager had an attitude and refuse to warm it up saying that they don't offer Hot Chicken on their wrap
