Staff is so rude there always in a rush to take your order. The food would be better without hair in it. They need to start putting up there hair and ware gloves more. I got a chilli and there was 2 long hairs in it so gross.

This place is ridiculous had to go back thru drive thru once before I left the parking lot got home and ended up having to go back for a second time because they can't get a simple order correct. Will most definitely make the drive to the other Wendy's

I placed an order through Dorsdash and because it took me a while to pick it up, they didn't give it to me. Nor did they return the money for my order. I find out that they give you a waiting time to pick up your order that you paid for. Otherwise they steal it and you lose the order and the money. And what it took me to get there was 1 hour. And in the process they treated me poorly and ignored me.

The food was made perfectly and as we asked! The service could have been better, not personable nor friendly. They were professional but you got to be one of the 2 things mentioned above and greeted with a smile 😃 is very important when your people represent the face of Wendy's as a whole. The atmosphere would be more inviting if your employees didn't stare at you like what are they doing. We had been shopping so we had backpacks on to carry our items it was cold outside so we had our layers on. Considering we must walk and or take the bus everywhere we go. Not everyone who has backpacks and winter wear on in 20-degree weather is homeless. Stop judging people it was uncomfortable from that point on. Your employees snickering and looked directly over at us before my husband came to the counter to place our order. I'm disabled and he ensured I was seated comfortably first and to sit his backpack down as well. I don't look disabled but I am. I'm in a horrible amount of pain daily because of my disability but again people shouldn't judge. It was like they couldn't believe we placed an order and over 20 dollars worth. It made the atmosphere bad. We ended up walking home to eat then had to heat our food because again it was 20 degrees outside.

I'm not sure who should be responsible for teaching these employees to count, but it seems they can't count past 3. Because every time I order a 4 piece I get a 3 piece. And today with the biggie meal, they didn't even give me any nuggets. Is management trying to save some money by making people pay for nuggets they don't get? What's the deal with this location?
