Ordered door dash many times with wrong orders. Latest.. Asked for a BLT Crispy chicken sandwich. I got two buns with a small crispy patty soaked in mayo and maybe 6pieces of shredd lettus. No bacon, no tomato Clearly not a CRISpY BLT

Worst Wendys ever.. They have a big problem with their system so I had to use different credit card to have processed my order. Also they obligate customers to buy something before using their restrooms, even though you only want to clean your hands
I just wanted to add the spicy chicken to my cesar salad which i’ve done at this location before and at every other wendy’s i’ve ever been too and the manager refused to do it. This is the only location I have ever had this issue with and i was willing to pay for it. based off the interaction and the service, I will never support Wendy’s again

Food comes out way too fast. They are very obviously over cooking and hot holding when they dont need to. No reason I should be getting a chicken sandwich within 15 seconds of ordering at 2:30 on a weekday.
The chicken is always, always soft and honestly gross. It should never feel like reheated cold chicken from the grocery store but that's what I've gotten every time I try this place.
This is a pretty bad wendys, all they need to do is follow instructions on food prep and it would be much better.
