The chicken on my salad was so cold it also did not taste right..
I will never come back to this location they need to stop being lazy and warm up the chicken for the salads I always go to the Wendy’s on BOULDER and the chicken is always warm also the salads actually look and taste fresh!!

All the employees are lazy taking there time to make food, when theres no one in the place or the drive through. They constantly are talking shit about the customers in Spanish the only good employee was the girl with curly hair that cashiers, And even then the other employees and manager make her do all the work thinking it's unnoticeable I'm a regular and see it every time I go in. And none of the employees wear gloves or wash there hands its unsanitary and disgusting

Before 3:30 pm the food has always been hot, delicious and made properly. After that it is awful. My last 2 orders have been cold burgers,one burger looked like the package wrap had soaked up grease, was not able to eat it,gross. Last night,burger was cold, actually cold to the touch and I did not eat it either because bun had ketchup colored water making bun soggy,no mustard and the pickles looked gross and felt gross. Skip this place after 330pm. 😁

Management is rude and unhelpful. App never works and they will not adjust stating it’s my problem even when it’s presented to them. Will not be back. Recommend a different location or McDonald’s across the street.

Today, I had an unexpected experience at Wendy’s, and I just have to share it. I placed an order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that someone else had mistakenly taken my order! 😱 It was a bit surprising, but I asked to speak with the manager, and WOW — what a fantastic response! The manager and her team went above and beyond, immediately preparing my order again with the kindest attitude and utmost professionalism. 🙏🏽👏🏽
I couldn’t be more pleased with how they handled the situation. It’s rare these days to find a place where the team genuinely cares about making sure every customer has a positive experience, and Wendy’s definitely nailed it! 😊 This location in Westminster is always my go-to whenever I’m in town, and after today, I have even more reason to keep coming back.
The food? Incredible as always! 🍔❤️ Their burgers are deliciously juicy, the coffee ☕️ is on point, and the menu has something for everyone. Wendy’s is one of those places where you know the quality is always going to be top-notch.
A big thank you to the manager and the entire staff for not only fixing the issue but also making me feel valued as a customer. 🙌🏽 It was truly a five-star experience. And I’ll make sure I’m extra careful in the future to order on time ⏱️ and be present so this doesn’t happen again.

I go there pretty late because I get off of work either extremely late or I work graveyards. The over nightd shift there Ax behaves and makes you feel like they hate their job and like you're, forcing them to make your food for you. No one ever knows how to work the app or your coupons so you just lose out. I've lost out on hundreds of dollars by now. And they always get something wrong. I mean when they do get it right or what I do get is good and the food qualities pretty decent but the service sucks
