I ordered two orders of bone in wings and when I got home, they were both boneless never ordered it to be boneless. Workers are very disrespectful. they Don't know how to listen or take orders properly. They obviously Don't know how to do their job correctly. I suggest them replace the ones that dont know how to take orders. They had ONE JOB TO DO and because they do not know how to listen to their customers they need more training in communication skills and customer service. The customers are the reason why they have their job. I will not be going to get wings from their again. I will also spead the word that this wing shop is incompetent to taking proper orders.

Customers should never have to stand around for 5 minutes without being asked if they need help you especially shouldn't have to stand around long enough to have to say excuse me just to get someone's attention.

I absolutely love this specific Wingstop! I drive farther to go to this location than the closer one. My order has always been correct AND it’s the only times i’ve felt like my fries and wings were well done when I’ve asked. I came in for carry out last Sunday 5/25 around 12:15pm and they were absolutely slamming and when I arrived they were really nice to me and my order was still hot and perfect. Great service and really really good product here! Thanks!

The lemon pepper wing are not lemon pepper, it’s some weird Lemon grass flavor.
We just threw them away. Maybe it’s just Colorado, we are from Atlanta. Still gave 4 stars.

Delivery drivers are expected to help prep orders... make sure tips are good since wingstop won't pay you for assisting...
They only pay 2 dollars to deliver food upto 20 miles... if they wanted me to prep the order, even drinks, they would pay for it... if the customer isn't tipping, don't let this store disrespect your time.
New updated; staff is subpar... don't order here lol. You can get better food and deal with better people anywhere.

We picked up a online order from the Broomfield Location, and when we checked it at home the chicken was pink and squishy, definitely not as done as they usually are. Then we tried to call the location, the employee told my mom she couldnt hear her and hung up, that happened 3 times. Next I tried from my phone, and I got put on hold for 5 minutes and finally gave up.
We decided to call the nearest location besides that one, in Westminister, we told the employee there what happened, and she tried to call the broomfield location as well, she said she was told the same things and got hung up on.
Im going to try to call in on Sunday to talk to a district manager, dont expect any phone service from this location 😁
