The staff is deliberately turning customers away.

I showed up on on July 24, 2024 due to a targeted promotion offer I received The door was closed. I could see someone was inside behind the bar. She looked at me and shook her head then put a sign saying they would be back in a few minutes. I did some shopping at the grocery store, came back well after 20 -30 minutes and she was still on her break. So I stood outside the door and waited. A few minutes later she came outside and said, "Ma'am, I am still on break." I said I didn't mind waiting. Then she told me that she was out of boba and wasn't making any more. She clearly want led me to leave. I had driven 25 minutes each way just to come to this store only to be turned away after waiting half an hour to be served.

Mind you the store was only supposed to be open for 3.5 hours on Wednesdays.

They should be called House of Lies. They don't serve smoothies or coffee, yet they advertise serving both. Thanks for nothing.

Two employees working seemed glued to their phones. Order two large iced milk teas with boba, they gave us two smalls instead, whatever… went to taste the tea and it was completely rancid, inedible, horrible. Will not be returning.

Edit: Response to owner: We did not return for a refund or remake because we had already left when we tried the drinks. We also did not correct them about the size difference because I hate making fusses at food service establishments. The tea was gross, we dumped it as soon as we got home. I see you have a recurring history of replying to other one star reviews, trying to make excuses for other bad experiences, so I’m not the only one.

customer service was great, incredibly kind and patient with indecisive little ones. would absolutely reccomend!

Went here years ago and it was fine. Went again a week ago and it took them 40-45 min to make per order. And this wasnt just my order but also the previous 2 people who ordered as well. Took way too

Experience and empolyees was/are fine! However the thai milk tea with boba tastes like a packet mixed with water, it’s so bad lol. This was my second time trying this place and both times it has been gross so it’s a no from me dawg! Maybe their other products are good but if you're lookin for some good milk tea maybe skip this

Truly the worst smoothie I've ever had. Doesn't taste like there's any real fruit in them. Person working had to ask for my order again because she had an AirPod in.I hope that the tea and boba is better though! It might be their speciality, not smoothies.

Legit, never post any reviews but when my mom and I went, the cashier was on his phone. He took about a minute to greet us and when I was ordering he was texting. He then proceeded to ask me to repeat myself while he was giggling at his phone. The boba was okay and the customer service was wack.Edit: “doubts that was my experience”…. It was? I know what happened and I promise you that the cashier was on his phone. Totally missed my order the first time and asked to repeat myself because he was on his phone. The response just shows bad customer service.

Stood there for 5 minutes waiting for the girl behind the counter to make another customer's drink. After she handed the drink to the customer the cashier turned to us and said she is closed now and can't help us. Could have told us that five minutes ago. Don't waste your time. We won't be back.

Price is lower than other tea and smoothie shops, but the tea is also not as good as other shops. It was quite bland and the tapioca balls were tough. The store seemed a bit run down and could use some sprucing up. It's a good place if you're looking for cheap boba.

We used to love this Boba shop but they have gone downhill. They messed up our orders the past three visits but we wanted to give them another chance and I have to say today will be the last day we come in here. The employees don't pay attention while taking our orders because they goof around and therefore our orders have been wrong. Last time they forgot one of our drinks altogether and gave us an attitude when we asked for our third drink. The guy with the bleached orange hair has had a really bad attitude every time we have come in. Today, they gave me black pearl Boba when I ordered popping, my husband's Thai tea was flavorless and very watered-down and the black pearl boba they did give us was hard and crunchy. We will not be back.
