I used to love coming in to get a treat but for a long time now the only non-dairy options are sorbet—which is not yogurt! Please bring back the non-dairy chocolate or vanilla! I can’t be the only one missing them.
The place is going downhill. During our most recent visit the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while, one of the flavors of yogurt tasted rancid and the workers were in the back talking until you approached the register to pay and then they went back into the back to talk. We are disappointed because this used to be better than other frozen yogurt place in the area and now seems to be worse.
I think I waited 5 minutes or more from someone to come out of the back. I came in, heard the chine, proceeded to serve myself everything including the extras that were positioned to be done by their employee then I waited another 5 minutes for someone to come ring me up. Meanwhile 2 other groups cane in behind me. The sherbet is delicious, the service sucks! You need more employees on site. When I went there was only 1 employee doing ir all.
