Extremely rude service. The two girls in there didn’t acknowledge us and didn’t say hi just took our order and laughed between each other.

No one answered when I walked in, there was one person in there and she was asleep on the chairs laying down. She might have been the worker, I don’t know but no one replied when I asked for assistance. Place was not clean, not happy with service.

They were on break so we had to go get something else. Everyone needs a break but the be back in 15 min was not an accurate amount of time. We waited 20 min and the kids got too antsy to wait any longer

To whom it may concern,
At approximately 5:17 PM, I walked into Baskin Robbins and ask for vanilla shake. The clerk looked at me and said,”We are out of vanilla ice cream.” I said you’re out of vanilla ice cream? I said, can you check your lockers to see if you have vanilla ice cream? He said we probably do have vanilla ice cream. I’m just not allowed to take it out. He continue to say, “ IT IS AGAINST STORE POLICY TO TAKE ICE CREAM OUT OF THE LOCKER. “

So I purchased a quart of vanilla ice cream and took it home.

To say the least, I am shocked and beside myself. Who in the world are you allowing to franchise Baskin Robbins and have these types of policies and procedures in place?!!! How do you people stay in business? Better yet, how do you people sleep at night?

Back in the 80s my family worked for Baskin-Robbins these policies of handling locker and ice cream and saying (No) to the Customer about ice cream and what I cannot have, Vanilla ice cream is absolutely unconscionable. I could understand if I asked the guy to fix my transmission in my car.

Please understand I am not heated or upset at Baskin Robbins corporate, I am however upset at the fact that I go into what I thought was an outstanding first rate establishment and get treated like this. I would love to meet the franchise owner. I could just imagine what this person looks like to allow his subordinates act this way. I’m certain he must be an absentee owner stung out on medication. Truly, this is not Baskin Robbins mission statement. I would rather stay with Baskin-Robbins then give my business to Dairy Queen or some other establishment.

I can guarantee you that if I am putting this letter/complaint statement together just think about how many other people walk into that establishment and put up with the Substandard quality, and professionalism that is out the door in that place. (Said without swearing.) If I were the district manager overseeing this franchisee, I would have this guy run out of town on a rail and buyback his franchise!

Can you do me a favor and at the next board meeting that this corporation has at an annual basis, bring the topic to the shareholders maybe they can fix this problem.

Placed an order for pick up I placed an online order to be ready by 9pm. I get here the black girl tells me to check the freezer there is nothing there then I go ask the white girl she says she dont know. If I placed an order I am ordering to skip the line why would I wait? When there is a line the line gets taken care of then online orders? Make it make sense. I would of just ordered in store instead. It’s not my problem they have two people. Then shut down online ordering it you can’t keep up with the demand. Three of the things I ordered werent available anymore. Such a waste of time

Visited this place on 7/13/24, and it was so bad that I thought some kind of hidden camera show was taking place. In a packed ice cream shop, there was a disgruntled employee not helping any of her coworkers do a thing. 0/10.
After reading reviews, seems like something ain’t right at this place.

I asked for a chocolate shake. The machine wasn't cleaned and I ended up with peanuts and old marshmallow fluff in my drink. You better be glad i don't have a nut allergy. I am so disappointed, I will be contacting corporate. We will not be back.

Not only did they make my cake almost 2 weeks ahead of time so i couldnt edit it when i called woth plenty of time to do so It was completely nasty when we ate it. The frosting was horrible and it looked nothing like what I ordered. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service. My family and I came in 5 minutes before closing time. We spent 26.00 and left a tip. Before we left my daughter need to use the restroom. These young ladies wanted to close and lock up for the night. The lady told me I need to leave I informed her daughter was in the restroom her response was " we don't get paid enough to stay the extra time you need to leave." With that statement being mad and realizing that it was only 10:02 pm when I got back into my car with this experience I will never go back and that was the place I always picked up my ice cream from sorry......
