They had 3 flavors. They said the freezer broke. If the owner would rather open knowing the service will fall that far below their norm, rather than close until they can provide decent service, then I would prefer to go elsewhere.

We ordered from this location twice and they messed up our order both times. First, they sent the first order wrong so they ended up sending it again for free but they sent the same damn order again. This time on the receipt they put “sorry out.” I suggest never ordering from here at all. They will do the wrong ice cream and remake it wrong again.

Delicious ice cream, however they are SEVERELY understaffed....the worker wasn't able to take a break because she was there alone all day and did NOT seem happy. Ice cream shop should be a fun job, not a stressful, overwhelming job.

Doesn’t matter what time of the day I go by always a sign saying on break be back in 30 with no time gage of when 30 minutes is 30 minutes & there is always a group of girls eating ice cream and starring out the window .

I’ve been here a few times and I was very disappointed. But this time the server I had made my experience a little bit better, his name was Wes and he was amazing, honest and very sweet, but the lack of experience of the job, and negligence was disturbing due to the lack of training. He was left alone, and couldn’t do his job properly. I loved his service and my conversation with him, but everything besides that was revolting by how this establishment is being run by their boss. If he was trained properly I would’ve given 5 stars. Don’t come here.

Girl behind the counter was beyond rude. Annoyed to be doing her chosen job. Guess we'll drive to Arvada for our ice cream

No one answered when I walked in, there was one person in there and she was asleep on the chairs laying down. She might have been the worker, I don’t know but no one replied when I asked for assistance. Place was not clean, not happy with service.

They were on break so we had to go get something else. Everyone needs a break but the be back in 15 min was not an accurate amount of time. We waited 20 min and the kids got too antsy to wait any longer
