The food is fantastic, and Giana (Gianna?) is legitimately one of the sweetest and most on point CSRs I've ever come across. Not as good as it used to be. Overheated so top too cooked and hard to eat. Hate how if you get carryout it still prompts you for a 20% tip. Then I feel like they may be intentionally overcooking my food since I only tipped them 10%
