“What a phenomenal experience my husband and I had tonight! First off I should say we have never experienced a dining experience like this before and we were not sure what to expect, but we were blown away from start to finish! As we first walked into the restaurant we were greeted with a huge smile and warm welcoming from the host Lana, who kindly sat us at our table. Immediately as we were sat we were greeted by Adam the bartender with a glass of champagne! I mentioned I was pregnant and couldn’t not drink and he immediately apologized and offered me a sparkling nonalcoholic champagne. My husband also ordered a cocktail and Adam was very thoughtful and made me a mocktail (actually 2 different ones) both were absolutely delicious. After we were settled in that’s where the fun began. The Head chef Michael came to the table and introduced himself and explained the menu along with asking us if we had any dietary restrictions, or didn’t like anything specifically. We ended up going with the Chefs tasting menu to get the full experience. Each course was brought out by the Head chef or a staff member and was explained to us in detail of how he came about the dish itself along with how it was made and the ingredients. From the mini plates to the main course to the mini dessert to the main dessert everything was made with passion and love for food! My husband and myself are both very blown away from this whole experience and very grateful for the way the staff and the entire team worked together to make this an unforgettable experience that will never be forgotten!“

“Cherry Cricket Burger Bar absolutely knocked it out of the park! First off, the remodel and vibe are incredible — such a fun, fresh atmosphere. I’ve been very cautious about eating out lately, and OMG… huge win that they offer burger bowls! I always order my bun on the side, but I didn’t even have to because they have an amazing burger bowl option for any of their burgers. Another thing I loved: when you order fries, you can choose a single or double portion instead of being forced into getting two sides. Someone definitely put a lot of thought into this menu, and I appreciate it! The bison burger was to die for — seriously drooling just thinking about it. We will 100% be back! *Broomfield location“

“We happened upon this one of a kind gem of a family Cafe by accident, but we will absolutely be back anytime we are in the area again. My wife and I had been to a concert (My Chemical Romance) the night before and up very late, searching for breakfast places nearby the next morning and Westys easily was the obvious choice. Somehow I just had a feeling that Westys would be great. When we arrived we were promptly greeted, watered and coffee'd; and probably the best host I've ever had, Frankie, began to do what I would say he does best, being a friendly, welcoming, genuine person! I had some questions about items on the menu and asked if the restaurant had Greek heritage somehow tied in and Frankie proudly spoke about how his family runs Westys and his family owns the area it is at also. I can not speak enough about Frankie. He was so friendly, so GENUINE, so knowledgeable, Frankie is a true on in 7 billion kind of person. Watching him with other customers and seeing the excitement from the to see him, its just so humbling. Frankie deserves every bit of all the great things he gets in life. Now, the food. It was amazing! Great flavor, great portions, very creative, very much made with love. I had the meat skillet with gyro meat added with pita and handmade tzatziki. My wife had a gyro and fries, DELICIOUS SO DELICIOUS! Frankie being the nice guy he is, offered handmade green chili to have with our breakfast and matching the rest of this review it, was nothing short of FANTASTIC! The coffee was great even! I am so thankful for family cafes like this one, please go support them, please be nice while you are there, please enjoy their craft. WESTYS IS AMAZING!“

“I reserved a seat at the bar! The place was fancy and beautiful. The jazz band was amazing and really classy. David’s group was inspiring, and the piano player blew me away with cool chords and original songs. The service was awesome, and the drinks were top-notch. Great place! 🎹“

“My husband and I are very loyal customers to Hungry Goat! We visit at least once a month, sometimes more. Food is great! The drinks are even better! (Especially the espresso martini!) The staff is always so kind and friendly. Unfortunately though, lately we have been disappointed. We have ordered the Steak and Frites and more times than not, we have received a steak that has a lot of fat on it. Today, my husbands steak was half fat. I couldn’t believe it was even served to us.. we love this place so much and it’s been really disappointing.“

“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“

“This is my favorite restaurant! The food has a sensuous and complex flavor profile while also being rustic Italian. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. And the staff treat their guests like they’ve invited you into their own home. Jessica was amazing! All together, going to Luca’s is like getting the perfect big warm hug.“

If you're looking for an evening of Jazz from the best local talent and national traveling shows paired with classic cocktails and a solid wine list, this is your place. The intimate theater seating and open stage make the perfect backdrop for the experience. It's been a great addition to the downtown theater district. The music scene is rich and varied in Denver with all sorts of venues for all sorts of tastes. This is the place where you can get a little dressed up, avoid loud crowds and just have a full, immersive music moment. I always have a terrific time!“

Went back today… 1-1/2 years later… had latte & double chocolate cake… girlfriend had Mexican coffee … looked very interesting; will try that next time… only complaint is I wish coffee had been hotter!

“I’m from Chicago and love gourmet dining in that city. Imagine my surprise when I entered the wine bar at Satchel’s with a group of friends to be seated for a wedding luncheon that began with the first of seven tasting courses of food that was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! Andrew, the chef/owner, is not only innovative with ingredients, but he and his staff really care about their customers’ pleasure and comfort. If I am ever able to return to the Denver area again, Satchel’s will be my first go-to destination. The luncheon was 1st class all the way.“

Jeremy gave us some of the best service we’ve ever had. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel celebrated throughout our entire meal. He anticipated everything we needed without ever being overbearing, offered great recommendations, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.

Exceptional customer service is hard to come by, and Jeremy absolutely exceeded every expectation. He played a huge part in making our anniversary feel so special, and we’re already looking forward to coming back because of the experience he provided.

“Service was amazing, honestly the highlight of the experience. The food was good, but not quite at the leve. Fried chicken was cooked perfectly, as was the wagyu. The seasoning seemed off though and most items fell flat. The potato pave was by far the best thing we had, it’s a must get if visiting. The drinks were also not really up to the task unfortunately. I’m glad I came and tried it, I really enjoyed the unique twists on some classic American dishes, not rushing back though.“

“One of the best mom and pop steak house in town , The food is always amazing , the service is the best and the prices are very competitive with other steak house even lower in price then the top steak houses. I can’t enough about this little gem tucked away in a little strip mall. Give 5281 a try , you won’t be disappointed at all. We love there food and drinks.“

“Be aware they are now charging a “service charge”. It’s was not noted on the menu nor did the server inform us of the charge. The only reason I found out is I requested a printed receipt. The receipt recommended an additional tip be between 2-7% on top of the charge. Yet when I paid the machine prompted an additional 15 or 18% tip so I tipped 18 even tho our service was bad cuz I use to be a server. The unfortunate part is I didn’t look at the receipt for over a week after I visited. I’m very disappointed that I’m being charged a “service fee” and at no time was it ever brought to my attention that this is a new thing.“
