I don’t like to consider myself a restaurant snob but I do love to try new places with my partner and we have an exclusive list reserved for only the places in Denver that wow us. Wonderful food experience. The food was fabulous and the service was top notch. Our waiter, Mike, was very knowledgeable. We got the broccolini and beets as small plates and the braised short rib and salmon as large plates. All were delicious but the salmon was our favorite. We also got the tres leches carrot cake and it was one of the best desserts ever.
