“Excellent service, delicious food! We were seated immediately on a Saturday night, received an appetizer promptly, and had a great server. I tried their house red ale and am glad I did, as it was delicious. My wife and I split the grilled trout and it was amazing; the fish was tasty, the potatoes were great, and the veggies were good. The house salad was also great, especially for how simple it was.We'll definitely keep coming back!“
“Found this place on accident and decided to try it because they had so many good options on their menu. In addition to the regular menu they had a whole list of specials. We ordered the potato crusted walleye fish with lump crab white sauce & champagne shrimp and chicken. Both were served with huge orders of mashed potatoes and asparagus. The fish and shrimp were great! The chicken was good but not fabulous. Servings of asparagus were substantial but unfortunately half the stalk was too tough to eat. Our timing for dinner happened to be during their happy hour (which goes to 7). Drinks are discounted a little for HH. Our waitress was nice but gave me the impression she didn't like a lot of questions. Hey Yelpers- check in online for a special but read the rules. They appear to have special events several nights a week so check that out too.“
“I love Stanley Beer Hall!! It is perfect to meet up with people who like drinks (non-alcoholic included) and food! The food is so delicious! My favorite are the green chile cheese tots and their burgers are huge and delicious!They have a wall of taps with beer, wine, hard kombucha, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic kombucha that rotates very frequently. They also have housemade margaritas and this bourbon ginger something that I absolutely love. It's great to be able to create your own flight across all the types of alcohol!They are also kid and dog friendly so it's a great space to bring everyone together.“
“The waitress was a nice and polite girl, I believe she was new and in training. We ordered the mussels for an appetizer but they were out of the mussels. They also were out of the Seabass, but we didn't order that. My brother ordered the scallops and he said they were excellent. I ordered the Coco rubbed Filet. The steak itself was excellent, it had a nice Char on the outside. But in my opinion, the Chef needs to change the sauce that the Filet is served with. It is a Indian Curry type of sauce, not a good match with the steak. The Carrots and I believe it was sweet potatoe mashed were excellent. I wanted to order dessert but there was no chocolate type of dessert on the menu. So overall a good dining experience, but not perfect. I hope to come and try lunch when the patio is open during nice weather. Thank you.Update: I just noticed Bread in a picture in one of the other reviews, we never got served any bread, why is that? “Adorable restaurant in Stanley marketplace. Great for our date night. The service is impeccable. The food was excellent. I don’t eat much meat but there are options. I tried the tongue out of curiosity and it was incredibly tender. I loved all the dishes. We will definitely we back.“
