Nice Hotel and bar. I ordered the Carne Asada Tacos. They looked good and everything looked fresh. The only downside to the meal was there was zero flavor. The avocado shouldn’t be the strongest flavor in a taco. For a place that is called Fire + Spice this meal had neither one. Even the salsa was mild. They had good reviews and expensive prices so I guess my expectations was high. Sadly disappointed.
I stopped in while overnighting at the hotel. (That's a whole other story). It was a very quiet night and the signage not so great. When I walked in, the staff were around a corner and didn't see me or I them. Thus I wandered around a bit until I found someone to make an order. Regardless, the food and staff were great. I ordered a veggie burger and side salad. It's easy to mess up a veggie burger, but they got it just right. The staff were friendly and attentive. I'd eat here...read full review

The food here is amazing! I only gave it 4 starts because the service was very slow the night we were there as they were short-staffed. I heard from others the next days was quick, so it was probably just that night.
