Not as good as it used to be. Overheated so top too cooked and hard to eat. Hate how if you get carryout it still prompts you for a 20% tip. Then I feel like they may be intentionally overcooking my food since I only tipped them 10%

Made online order....arrived and order wasn't even ready!!! Was told 5 mins more.....been waiting another 10!!! They didn't even put in oven until I walked back in!!! Took in store orders before taking care of online orders.......will not come back!!! Want my tip back because they didn't earn it!!!

I was so excited for this place and man, am I disappointed. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t good. If “meh” had a flavor, this would be it. We ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and the Colorado favorite Mac. The Buffalo chicken Mac was super runny, had very little chicken, and overall just really lacked for flavor other than hot sauce. The Colorado favorite was slightly better, but again had very little meat. Overall, all we tasted was the toppings. The Mac and cheese part needs some serious work. There’s no flavor to it and it lacks an adequate amount of cheese in the runny sauce. When you’re charging $14 for a small container of Mac and cheese, the expectation is pretty high and the juice was not worth the squeeze at this place. $30 later, I’m writing this review while eating a sandwich because I’m still hungry. The only redeeming qualities were that the food was fresh, the restaurant was clean and the young lady at the register was friendly and helpful.

I love me some Mac and cheese! We stopped by just to try and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the food was hot, melty and delicious!! There are so many topping options. It was also very clean.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the Mac and cheese kids meal and the place is clean!
