I somewhat regularly come by here after dog walks like today. At the drive thru window today, the employee recognized my regularity and asked about my pronouns so she could use the correct ones. As a transperson, this is a significant gesture of kindness and respect we typically appreciate quite a lot! Thank you!

The little woman and I were caught half starved while running errands and decided a dog would be great. We went through the drive through, ordered and received a bag with two chili dogs. My wife noticed that not only was there no necessary napkins but there was no plastic ware. We decided to eat inside and stated to a young woman that we needed napkins and plastic ware. The big fella running the drive through turned to us and the young lady gave us what we asked for but she couldn't leave well enough alone and said "Just so you know, you have to ask in advance for forks and napkins"...I told her she should put out a sign so people can know this and as I turned to leave she made a smart alec noise as I walked away...I would hate to be a business owner knowing I had to hire THIS batch of young people. So many of them are rude, uncompassionate and view older adults as the enemy and they let that get in the way of good business and gainful employment. No good..

I ordered an Oreo brownie blizzard and it tasted like crap. I will definitely try something different next time. There was about an inch of room left in the top of my cup that could have been filled up with my more blizzard if you ask me. I don't know why people are starting to be so cheap when it comes to food. I know you got to make a profit but at least give me what I pay for. Which was a full blizzard not overflowing just full.
Parking: Parking is located to the west of the building. There were several spaces available when I arrived and it did not appear to be hard to find parking. There was also plenty of handicap parking available.
Wheelchair accessibility: The building is a walk-up only business With no indoor seating. The outside of the building is handicap accessible with ramps and wide sidewalks. It also has a low ordering station.

I know when you enter a place that just opened for the day, you will still see some stuff not laid out. However, you'd at least expect a company that serves hot food options "all day" to actually have those options ready to a point of execution.
Not this place, no sir. Attempting to order a lunch left me with the knowledge that their hot dogs were still frozen solid and won't be ready till around lunch time. Look up their hours and see why that's a wierd statement.
So I tried attempting ordering just a sundae, they excused to making a larger one for their mishap, but also charged me for it. That's like saying you get bonus chips when ordering a full meal with that extra money.
May be good for ice cream, but avoid this place for lunch in any way, shape, or form.
