The pork belly tacos are heaven, but the owner tells me the carnitas are where it’s at. Had a show there tonight and these folks were good to me. Good times.
We visit Denver for New Years. Looking for a place that had Latin food we found Adobo. It was an excellent experience, tasty food, good portions. The waitress was alone and the service was still very fast.
Had Adobo Food Truck cater our wedding and haven’t stopped receiving compliments about the food! The staff were so accommodating and worked quickly and the food was amazing! We had a fully vegetarian buffet service and the extensive menu made it so easy to have many delicious options! Owner was super easy to work with and made sure everything was in order.
