This is by far the slowest coffee place I have ever been to. Even mom and pop go in and get your coffee places are faster than here… the gentleman that came and took the order was super nice but dannnnnng I’ve been in line for 30+ mins and there are only 3 cars here

I came in during a weekday, early afternoon. The barista was friendly and quick, and my drink was delicious. It was a bit pricey, as most coffee places are, but that's why it's a treat and not everyday. ? The construction on Wadsworth is a mess, but the business access points are well marked.

Always a good experience! Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Menu is easy to read & coffee is ALWAYS delicious whether ordered hot iced or blended. Muffin tops are yummy as well! Getting points per order to redeem for free coffee is a plus as well!

Welp. I tried three times at this location. I moved towards this area not to long ago and when this place opened I was very excited. Unfortunately my first time here, the staff was just very short and clearly where annoyed about their datm I brushed it off thinking they had a bad day.. a month later I gave a try again. I was met with a male again with the same kind of attitude and this time was upset my app was not loading. I was the only customer there. Come an additional month later to this week. A total of three customers, one in front and one behind me. The female came with her tablet and stood there. I said good morning and not a word from her, I ordered my drink and she told me the price, I had my phone out and gave her my QR code to scan. She rolled her eyes with such annoyance and then walked to the next car.
I will not be coming back this location at all. This is clearly a trend, and who ever does the hiring in this location should be looked into.
I will continue to drive out of my way to my original location due to the service here.

This is the 4th time I've gone and they have gotten my drinks wrong. They don't seem to care about what they're doing they're too busy goofing of while making drinks. One of them sneezed into his hand and then just shook it in the air and continued to stock cups. Got home the soft top was on the wrong drink and the shot was bad in the other. So disappointed in this location I've tried multiple times to give it another chance. If the drinks are not made wrong it takes 20+ mins of waiting for your drinks.

I realize that the majority of customers use the drive thru but for those of us that walk up, the thought of a coffee shop without public WiFi is anathema. Provide free WiFi!
