Apparently the two women that tried to take my order couldn't understand what ordering two of something means. I was rushed to the window because they got frustrated and even while explaining my order a multitude of times at the window, they still got my order entirely wrong. I've never had high expectations for mcdonald's but now one of the members of my party doesn't get to eat because apparently explaining something multiple times still isn't good enough.

First off, This Management needs to be replaced!!!!! I placed the order in the app, I used my points plus credit card to pay for my order, the order said it was being made so I proceeded to the restaurant, I get to the restaurant sit in the designated parking spot, a lady(Management)comes out and says we are closed, I explained to her I had placed a mobile order and it said that it was being made, she explained to me that there wasn't any power in the building, I said then how come all the lights are on in the Drive-Thru and the inside. She said we're closed! I said what about my order! She said that's not my problem! I said well then how do I get my food! She said I don't know we're closed like I said! I said well then I want to refund and all my points and cash back she said well I can't help you like I said we're closed! She said I need to go to the app and cancel! I said I tried and it says I can't because it has already been processed. I said well that's not cool. She said what did you say I said that's not cool! She said well you can always go somewhere else I said I guess I have too, she said yeah smart ass don't come back here! I said I'm sorry I won't. I got back on the app trying to get in contact with someone else to help me but while trying to send the information about my situation the contact website couldn't be reached! Not good!
Myself and my family have been in the restaurant business for over 60 years in the Colorado area and customer service is what has kept us there! This person doesn't deserve to be working for a company such as McDonald's she would definitely never work for me I want my money back and my points.

The worst service I have received in a mc Donald, the person who attended us was a white lady like 60 years old and although there was no one in that restaurant took us out saying that we already had more than 30 minutes inside that we left, I do not recommend this place at all it is a horrible experience with people like that

Another establishment in Wheat Ridge that you might as well keep on driving. This location has always sucked. The employees, the manager, the quality of food, the whole experience you'll find is just a waste of your time and energy!!
Tonight, the McChicken sandwich I just received is harder than a rock but I'm already home so that's wasted money and time on me. AGAIN. Thanks for nothing. Now I have to go cook my own meal anyway. What a joke. Every. Single.Time.
Updated: Well, dang, I should've read all of these reviews beforehand. I would've been forewarned that there is still complaint after complaint saying the same thing as myself. What's up, why isn't upper management doing anything about the incompetency that consumes this particular location that's clearly being expressed over and over?! I thought you were trying to gain all of us customers back but nobody is listening!! With the quality of sandwich that I received tonight, I don't know how old it is but people are taking risks of selling OLD or BAD food, which could get customers SICK!! Wheat Ridge is great and we deserve better. If nobody is going to do anything about it then maybe it ought to get shut down...

If your system is down, don’t be a dick, or passive aggressive to your customers about it. Maybe SOUND like you’re sorry instead of annoyed that I came through around lunchtime??? Absolutely unbelievable.
Don't even waste your time or money!! Doesn't matter how, when, or what you order it will take at least 15 minutes to get your food and then it will be wrong or missing part of your order. GUARANTEED. unfortunately I live right down the road from this location but will not be returning for ANY reason. Always a horrible and unnecessarily long experience. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I didn't even complete my order, I ended up driving away. I don't mind when an associate has questions about the order I'm trying to place, but when the supervisor is yelling over him and I can hear it through the drive thru mic, that's completely unacceptable. I've had bad experiences at places, but this was beyond horrendous. There's a BK up the block, I'd reccomend going there instead and save yourself the trouble.
