Staff lead was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. I get that this mcdonald's is in area where there is a lot of homeless, but just because somebody rides a bike does not mean that they are homeless. She treated me some type away.When I got my food, I asked her if I could get aside pickles which is free even according to that strange.Charge me and then and told me that they were up charging for everything when I checked the app and that was completely wrong. But no wanting to sit there and fight with her , because she was being petty , decided to leave. It is people like this and service like this.That gives fast food industries a bad name

I had the great fortune of pulling into this McDonald’s 15 minutes before they close (like a real selfish piece of work), and Mason treated me like I was an absolute treasure (instead of the inconsiderate turnip that I was rolling in right before close). He was kind, polite, and so fast with my order. Seriously amazing customer service. He turned would have been a new low point in my life into a memory I’ll cherish for the rest of my days. (But seriously, great service, food was fire, 10/10)

I ordered my food online and when I went to the restaurant to get my food the manager Maria said that she did not have my food or my order so I gave her my receipt for my app and then she asked me for my receipt for from the email for my food which I presented to her and then she went to register she said she couldn't find it and she kept arguing with me that I never placed the order even though I have proof and she said she's going to go ask somebody she came back and she reluctantly said she was going to order it for me like she's giving me charity or something so I said thank you went to go s down and then I some water from machine she yelled at me in front of other customers saying that I'm going to have to pay for that drink I said look I just want my food so I can go but she said not until you pay for that drink I told her just refund my money she kept arguing with me so I called the Jefferson Police which never came. So I said just give me a refund. I never got my food. She stole my money! Worst McDonald's ever!! Not the first time I've had problems there.

I come here sometimes to treat myself and to destress as well as looking to acknowledge new faces and worthy souls. I've that patience is a virtue when I come here. The staff are beautiful, kind and extremely hard working despite their wages. An awesome area for your little ones, always clean. Quiet but busy. Thank you wheat ridge's golden arched. 🤍🤍🤍

Ordered a meal & some more. Asked for fries to have extra salt (When the food is fresh they add salt) fries were warm not hot/fresh & there were no more than 10 customers inside. It took as long as expected but as I check my food at my home all the food is warm, not even close to hot, meaning they just got food sitting. i asked for deluxe & got a non-deluxe meal with barely any sauce on it. ive lost my appetite, Im hungry, upset, & down 30$. Thanks Mcdonalds!
