Disappointed by the direction this chain is going. I don't know if it's a question of poor training or what, but the last two times I've gone my order has been incorrect and there seem to be fewer and fewer vegetables. Today I asked for an extra serving of vegetables, and the cashier charged me 1.50 for every vegetable in the bowl-- an extra 6 dollars for ONE serving of vegetables. When I asked why it was so expensive, she said they weren't allowed to add a portion of vegetables...read full review
