I've been coming here for years but I'm just now doing a review. The food here is wonderful and delicious! I also love the fact I can buy bags of pierogis and take them home if I want to. The staff is always professional and friendly. Parking is great. Seating is nice and there's a lot of room. I'd totally recommend this place if you live in Wheat Ridge and, if not, it's worth the drive.

Used to be good, but now the manager makes good employees cry on the restaurant floor, and they can’t seem to keep employees. I wonder why. I usually try to support local businesses, but watching the latest management take over has been heartbreaking. They only keep a skeleton crew. One person in the back one person running both counters in the front which means the service literally can’t be good because the singular employee has to run around doing everything. I’ve been in multiple times where there was only one employee cooking, ringing customers in, and running food to the tables. Their hours are all over the place, they’ve changed their hours a few times, so idk when they’re open anymore.
Every good employee left, the pierogies taste rubbery now and this from someone who used to go in 2 or 3 times per week.

It was a true pleasure to stop in sample the pierogi's at the Factory. I had had them at their food truck years ago. Flavors were diverse and each one unique. Staff was very pleasant and informative. The City of Wheat ridge was actually onsite taking photos for their Business of the year award. It is well earned. Between flavors and service and options you can't go wrong. Schnitzel and kibasa platters to share and frozen pierogi's.

Good food, if a bit pricey for pierogies. Interesting variety of fillings and toppings.

If you like polish food this is the place. They had a sample plate for about $20. Perogie ( many kinds), cabbage rolls, cabbage salad, sausages, so much more. Prices $$-$$$

Delicious! Got a platter and extra pierogies and shared with the hubby. Was happy to see the family working there. First had these piergoes at a vodka bar downtown. They are a great family.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is very good and the staff was so kind. It is a little pricey for what you get, but it’s fantastic polish food. I wish I had one of these back in central Florida.
