Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a pizza place ever pizza was cold late and the livery driver does not seem to care.

I have ordered from this location 5-6 times because it is the closest Pizza Hut to my home. The pizzas have often been overcooked...crust hard...toppings and cheese dried out. I believe the pizzas at this location are probably baked on a conveyor belt oven in which case, the oven temperature needs to be checked and adjusted. Twice, I called to voice my displeasure and was told I would be credited for the unsatisfactory pizza and the credit would be on my "account". Both times, when it came time to order a pizza again, the credits were not on my "account". The first time, the clerk on the phone said sorry! It's not on record so I can't do anything about it. The 2nd time, it was also not on my "account" but the manager on duty, Nicole, sent me a new pizza free of charge except for driver tip. She was very polite and helpful and the replacement pizza was delicious! Before this recent experience, I would have given this location zero stars. My three star rating is, therefore, an improvement from my initial rating and the higher rating was due to Nicole and her excellent customer service. Thanks, Nicole!

Ordered pizza and wings for dinner. Didn't care that the wait for delivery was 45 minutes to an hour. Delivery person delivered minus the wings. Delivery person said that he would run right back and get the missing wings -- waited 45 minutes and then called the restaurant to see where my wings were -- was told sorry and let's credit your order for the wing amount. Still waiting for credit. If you are going to say you are going to do something, then you should do it. Won't order from there again.

The guy James was very helpful from the wheatridge location. I had called the main costmer service line so wasnt sure what place I called got a hold of. So, when I called The lakewood store to check on my pizza, they were very rude in mentioning I didn't have an order there and they didnt even try to help me find the located that had mineI had paid on a credit card I tried to tell them they didnt care to hear it. When I finally got in touch with the right store the guy James was very nice and told me the pizza is on its way. That they are sorry for how the other store was to me and that he vaules his costumers.

We have been patrons of this Pizza Hut express for a number of years. I always pick up the pizza on the way home, so the standard "be ready in 20 minutes" is in the ballpark for me to get there. I get the pizza home and it looks like it is left over from the lunch orders. It was a thin crust with sausage and black olive. It was, cold, the crust was dried out and the cheese was already hard. My husband called to talk to the manager, but it was a very short conversation with no apology and we were not going back up there. Sometimes there is a price to pay for convenience and I won't be going back there again.

Was a Customer here for over 8 Years, and a 20-25â„… tipper... Ordered an 8 Piece & a 16 Piece Wings... Showed up with 2 8 Piece Wingz for $22.+ $6. Tip... Called in an order on the way home and they said 25 minutes. Cool, good with that. Got there in 10, sat in car answering emails for another 10. Went in and guy said it was going to be another hour!?!? Seriously?? Said the orders went to a central place and they didn't have any control. Seriously?? This has not been our first experience like this at this location. Should have remembered that beforehand.

I love pizza huts pan pizza .I moved to this area a month ago so this was my first order with this one. Late Saturday night so I understand they get busy. I don't mind waiting over an hour for fresh food. The driver gets here, very apologetic and friendly so I gave him a good tip. I get the pizza in the house though and it's cold and they didn't even cut it. WTF? I call to talk to someone and the guy who answers the phone obviously doesn't know how to handle people . He answers "pizza Hut", that's it .I say hey man I just got a pizza and it wasn't cut. He says, " what do you mean"? Um, it's self explanatory. This was closing time and I could tell he wanted to go home, (understandably), but all he said was, "sorry about that sir, next time we will double check it". There will not be a next time. Next time I see what dominoes has to offer . You can see from the photos that it's not cut. The pizza was so cold that I was able to turn it over without anything falling off to take the pic. This is unacceptable.
