I have ordered from this location 5-6 times because it is the closest Pizza Hut to my home. The pizzas have often been overcooked...crust hard...toppings and cheese dried out. I believe the pizzas at this location are probably baked on a conveyor belt oven in which case, the oven temperature needs to be checked and adjusted. The guy James was very helpful from the wheatridge location. I had called the main costmer service line so wasnt sure what place I called got a hold of. So, when I called The lakewood store to check on my pizza, they were very rude in mentioning I didn't have an order there and they didnt even try to help me find the located that had mineI had paid on a credit card I tried to tell them they didnt care to hear it.
