I ordered two drinks from the Starbucks app. The app took my order, and took my money. When I got to the counter, I was informed they didn't have the correct ingredients to make my drinks. No problem, I said, I'll just take a refund and go to the good Starbucks down the street. Nope. No can do. No refund. The young man working was very kind and tried to make things right. So, shout out to him. Not his fault. But the fact remains: if you're going to take my order through the app, and take my money for that order, I expect to get that order. Or a refund. Simple as that. It seems like a complete no-brainer. I imagine Kroger has something to do with the poor policies and just all-around poor experience at these in-store Starbucks locations. They also don't allow the workers to be tipped. Also poor form. I won't be back.

I like this Starbucks because they have a wide range of new coffee cups available so I have a massive collection and I’m completely addicted to these one complaint I have is that they are out of the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches ,but this is a good Starbucks to go to when your running short on time they are usually pretty quick and those are hard to come by for some reason . And customer service is pretty decent and that’s also hard to come by anymore.

Its easier to give 5 stars because I order with my Starbucks app, so I earn rewards and I don't really have to talk to anyone....
It is 9:30 a.m. and this location is currently closed. Their hours are posted as 6 am - 8 pm but they are actually “when we feel like it” to “when we don’t feel like it.”I went there on foot and although the store had multiple employees, they refused to assist me. They stated “we are closed while we put a few things together.”So I highly recommend going to bardos down the street as that shop is actually open during their posted business hours.
