I usually have no problems with this location until yesterday. I always get the same drink for myself & other times for my husband as well. Most likely will not come back to this location.I was in a rush yesterday afternoon & I wanted to get coffees for the both of us. I always order our drinks with extra shots of espresso. I get up to the ordering menu & I ordered our drinks. The lady was like "how many shots do you want to add in" so I repeated that I wanted 3 shots in both drinks. She in turn said with an attitude "oh boy". I was instantly annoyed as I was being nice when I ordered.I get to the window to pay and it's this lady with short hot pink hair in pig tails with these fake eyelashes. She took my card & I paid for my drinks. They then proceeded to take an abnormally long time to make 2 drinks when it wasn't even busy.Lady with the pink hair & all the other baristas that work in this location...you do not have the right to judge what customers order & make customers feel uncomfortable because they like their drinks certain ways. Especially right in front of them and also especially when there was no need to be rude. We are paying for the drinks. You WORK at Starbucks. You all shouldn't be working there.

This store is consistent at one thing and that’s making orders incorrectly or just forgetting half your order. Without failure this store is guaranteed to start your day off wrong. Go to another Starbucks and avoid this one.

The barista was not competent, in two shots of espresso, she added air foam, not whipped milk. I should have realized that it was too light, almost like a double espresso. I got a disgusting coffee.

My drink it's pretty consistently only 2/3 full. I think it's time for me to try a different location. These drinks have gotten too expensive to not be getting the full quantity. Especially if it's a monthly treat.

I got there around the 7:30AM rush and they were so fast, but also polite! So hard to find when workers are stressed. They seem to be well staffed for a morning rush.

IT'S a Starbucks, overpriced coffee. What more can you expect? Don't get anything iced or you waste a lot more money for less.

On the morning of 10-17-23, I went through the drive thru and placed my usual order. I typically get the same thing, so I know the approximate charge to look for on my bank statement. Today was odd because the young lady in the drive thru ran my card and never handed the machine back to me to choose no tip, $1 tip, $2 tip, etc. My thought was that she just ran my credit card for the items and chose no tip. I looked at my bank activity today and noticed I was charged for my items plus a tip of $5. This was without my consent. After a call to the store today, the person in charge was nice enough to refund me. I suppose there is a possibility that the drive thru person added the tip accidentally, but I'm not buying it. Why wouldn't she have alerted me if that was the case. I believe it was intentional and I'm warning other customers to keep an eye out for things like this. Ask for a receipt if you need to, because they won't ask if you'd like one. The whole experience at Starbucks has been diminished by the annoying tip option machine. It's no longer a personal experience, but an awkward exchange between employee and customer. Do better and pay your employees more.
