I usually come here once every few months, and it's always a great experience, the batista are always nice and helpful. Today my neice Annabelle and I struck out at two different pools that were closed and she was really upset so we came here for a treat. The batista gave Annabelle some extra frapacino she made and let her put the whip cream on it herself, Annabelle loved it, really made our flop of a day turn great.
Service, good dependable service ... that's Starbucks, and good coffee. They have evolved into a culture that requires They patron to know their terms and language. Eventually customers will use McDonald's or Duncan Donuts to get a better value without peeling away the Starbucks onion.

I came for a Grande Mocha Frappuccino with no whip. My order was created quickly and correctly. The AC was working and it felt good. Light music was playing. The tables and the floor was clean. The woman who took my order greeted me and spoke clearly.
