I had an awful customer experience yesterday. I have tried calling the store to resolve it, but they do not answer the phone at this store. I was given the wrong order and treated poorly when I tried to have it corrected and then I’m sure because they know that no one will be answering the phone asked to call in when a manager would be in. Surprise they don’t answer. You’re better off heading to the other locations as the employees at this location do not care about customers or doing their jobs. What a let down!

The man working 5’4, dark hair, dark eyes, anger issues, was super rude today when I came to grab what should have been warm and toasted sandwiches-as per my receipt-and they were cold, horribly made, and soggy. When I asked why they weren’t toasted he gave me an attitude and refused to toast them. I tried to show where my receipt clearly said toasted and he flipped out. He is an awful employee and lazy. Throwing a tantrum instead of toasting sandwich that should clearly be served got is some goofy flex for sure. Please train your employees on how to make sandwiches. Train him on customer service and sandwich making. What an awful experience. Guess we will drive to the better subway in the highlands instead.

After a messed up order yesterday, I have to say when I came in today to speak to the manager. Maddie was amazing. She called her boss, she fixed our subs. She took care of putting them together and even took her time! I will say we will be back, because of her! Thanks again Maddie for making things right for my family.

Unpleasant service for a Sub par sandwich. I'd recommend go to kings next door and make five of your own at a better price!

Manager at subway is a boss! I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong location. So I had to drive out of my way to receive my order. He was very helpful. He made sure my sandwich was fresh with all the right toppings. Thank you!

I’ve recently tried two subways on my way thru Colorado to visit family in Wyoming & I must say this location is phenomenal. The two gentlemen that helped me today were so kind, friendly & quite enjoyable. Totally disregarding my first visit to a location near Littleton that wasn’t too pleasant. The two gentlemen that helped me with my order had great customer service ethnics. Will definitely return again on my trip back home. Thank you for making me feel wanted & welcomed at you’r location.

Ordered an Elite bacon chick ranch. Portions have gotten ridiculous. Felt like I was eating a vegetarian sandwich cause there was barely any chicken on it. Looks nothing like what they have posted on the board. Portions are worst than Chipotle have been. Will be the last time I come here to spend 15 dollars on a sandwich that has almost no meat on it.

Door locked.
Unknown when 30 minutes will be!!!!
Left after 23 minutes.
Horrible way to run a business!
Several customers tried to get in door locked. Waited five minutes left.
