Never again. Spent 30 minutes total in the drive thru. Maybe one or 2 people were in the dining room so definitely not busy. Once I got to the window and paid, after waiting 10 minutes I was told I had to wait for the chicken so it would be another 4 minutes. I asked why, since I had been there so long already.
