Just ordered a large dipped strawberry cheesecake, small cone and a large strawberry sundae. Got up to the window, paid, and got everything then the sundae came and I noticed it was smaller, quite a bit smaller than the large sundaes I have gotten in the past. I asked the guy at the window, this is a small? He said yeah. I just shook my head and left. Got home and looked on the bottom of the cup and sure enough, its small. Disappointed to say the least because normally we always get good service.

The ordering system was kind of chaotic and the two items we ordered came to us about 15 minutes apart. The workers were trying to get the orders completed but there just didn't seem to be any organization in the back

Ordered delivery and they forgot a whole bunch of items. Called support but they wouldn't send anyone else out so I ended up driving out to pick up the rest of my order. Why would I order delivery if I had to got pick up the rest anyway? Was completely melted and a mess. 12 dollar delivery with 50 dollars total wasted. Ridiculous

I would fix your drive thru system since your staff is hard of hearing. They also close down machines too early when the drive thru is open until 10. Hire some competent staff.

I love to drive by on a hot summer day to ice cream! Their ice cream is really good. And they have a lot of flavored. Most of the things aren’t over priced except for the cake. But the cake is still good! I recommend it on a warm day. 👍🏽
It's strange that a business would advertise products they don't even offer. The menu shows signage for the "new blizzards" yet when attempting to order, none of them are actually offered "anymore"

Terrible service. Ordered a snickers blizzard with extra snickers. It was just like eating vanilla ice cream. When telling the server at the window, they just said sorry but I told them. I have never written a review before but that’s wrong. They should have made it right.

I hate to give a one star review because the store is clean and the staff is friendly but as this is a dairy queen ORANGE JULIUS it's very frustrating that they haven't had orange Julius available for nearly 2 months. The owner/operator should either resolve the issue or stop advertising products they can't produce. I'll check back in another month and see if anything changes.
Edit: Someone reached out to me for more information but the link they provided is non functional. I'd be happy to speak with someone if they provide a way to do so.

I love the Blizzards, but being asked if I want to leave a tip at the drive thru is not okay. If the prices need to go up a bit so the employees can be paid more, then great. I would prefer that over feeling pressure to leave a tip. I never thought I would be asked to leave a tip in a drive thru.
