It's strange that a business would advertise products they don't even offer. The menu shows signage for the "new blizzards" yet when attempting to order, none of them are actually offered "anymore"

Terrible service. Ordered a snickers blizzard with extra snickers. It was just like eating vanilla ice cream. When telling the server at the window, they just said sorry but I told them. I have never written a review before but that’s wrong. They should have made it right.

I hate to give a one star review because the store is clean and the staff is friendly but as this is a dairy queen ORANGE JULIUS it's very frustrating that they haven't had orange Julius available for nearly 2 months. The owner/operator should either resolve the issue or stop advertising products they can't produce. I'll check back in another month and see if anything changes.
Edit: Someone reached out to me for more information but the link they provided is non functional. I'd be happy to speak with someone if they provide a way to do so.

I love the Blizzards, but being asked if I want to leave a tip at the drive thru is not okay. If the prices need to go up a bit so the employees can be paid more, then great. I would prefer that over feeling pressure to leave a tip. I never thought I would be asked to leave a tip in a drive thru.

It seems the drive thru server continually has a tough time hearing our order. When asking for double the toppings and to be charged for our request,we are charged, with minimal toppings added to our blizzards, even though we asked 3 times over the intercom. This is not just a one time occurrence, but happens every time we visit Dairy Queen. I am unsure if it is the protocol of Dairy Queen or if it is the carelessness of the teens running the drive thru… either way, we are very hesitant to visit this location again:(

So we are a DQ family for sure - this is the spot we go!!
Spent lots of time at the Loveland location which is the measuring stick for me...
This location either doesn't get the business or for whatever reason they just seem to not be in it to win it here... It's been dubbed the "sad" Dairy Queen because we only go if we are toooo far from the Loveland location.
Not sure what is needed here - maybe it's that it looks like they are "in the weeds" when no customers are there to show for it? The full kitchen is on display!
That said .. the treats are good and they try hard... Just like other experiences far better - this spot needs a facelift!

It's DQ baby! From Dilly bars, to buster bars to banana splits it's all good. And their blizzards are tops. We had the peach cobbler and punkin pie blizzards. Both well made and delicious! The person who took our order was a lesson in great customer service. We were there during "HS lunch time" so it was busy but we didn't even wait 5 minutes before we had our delicious blizzards and were sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather. This is another location I would recommend along with the location on 34 in Loveland and the location on 10th St in Greeley.

Went through the drive thru on 8/20/24. The line was slower than usual. Come to find out that the girl taking the orders was the only one making the ice cream. There were 4 other employees chatting with each other while this poor girl did everything. As a result, the wait was really wrong and she (understandably) messed up my wife’s order (I didn’t realize until I got home). Further, when the cashier did the blizzard flip, a bunch of pecan toppings fell off the top ?♂️. We usually don’t have the best experience going here, but the ice cream is usually good. Seems they have a real issue with having proper staffing and training. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one is because of how hard the one girl was working.

Wow! Appear to be understaffed- no leadership- horrible service. Waited 25 minutes and now they forgot our order completely. 37 minutes to get an order of 4 and half melted. No apology.
