Jalisco es Mexico Food Truck offers the best mex food in the area. This little authentic Mexican food truck is located in the ACE parking lot near Ace Hardware. The owners and the guys working here have good energy, are always friendly and have something nice to say. The service is excellent and the ambience has some seats out here if you wanted to sit. The truck has breakfast burrito bacon, egg, cheese and potato, bean breakfast burrito, steak, egg, and potato breakfast burrito, and classic bacon, egg, and potato burrito, all very delicious. The bacon was cooked perfectly, the eggs were fluffy and made to order, and the meat in the steak (asada) tacos, Carne Asada tacos, pastor and quesbirria tacos, and Al pastor qiesatacos is cooked to perfection. The tacos are flavorful, the onions and cilantro are perfect, and they offer green and red sauce both so good. The food is absolutely on point, quick, affordable, and the deal of the day is less than $7. The company has used Jalisco es Mexico for large work meetings and they are always ready for pick up with no issues. The food is better than most of the restaurants in the area.
