I hate to say it, but the last few times at the Windsor location have just not been good. Super long wait times even when the line doesn’t seem long, staff not as kind as usual… it just feels stressed. Sorry if management has changed or something unseen… hopefully it gets better for y’all.
Good coffee but they ask for tip every time you visit. You can decline but it is still uncomfortable. Be ready for a contrived conversation when you get to the window. I do appreciate the effort toward a good customer experience but they over do it in my eyes. The guy at the window asked me how many hamsters I could fight at once trying to make conversation. Really, fighting hamsters? I know he was trying to be funny but it just came across as strange.
Great! They made another drink after a miscommunication on my order and didn't charge me for it. They apologized even though I felt I was in the wrong. Great service will return
