I ordered online an hour and a half before pickup on a Sunday night. Got there and they didn’t even have the pizza started. No offer to compensate for their mistake. Would not recommend.
Food was good. Unfortunately that was the only highlight of our trip. Our salad came and was not accompanied by any silverware. We asked 2 different people for silverware in which we got a response of they were out. So we ate salad with our hands. Finally I asked if they had plastic silverware which was given to another table and the lady said she wasn’t sure but proceeded to come back a few minutes later and throw a handful of plastic ware at us. This place is disgusting. So unlike the other Roma restaurants. Wait staff (men with hair pits and women) wear tank tops to serve you. Kitchen staff not wearing hats or hair nets while cooking and constantly running their fingers through their hair🤮. Plus service is horrible!!! ALWAYS ALWAYS slow- they need training, lots of it.
