I've always enjoyed stopping by Charlie's Frozen Treat Shop due to their fresh ice cream and fun ice cream flavors, so we asked Charlie's to cater the ice cream bar for our February 2024 wedding - Jeanne was a pleasure work to with, they had an awesome selection of flavors and toppings (also many lactose-free and gluten-free options) and it was a hit with our guests. I have to say my family was so excited to end our day here for a yummy dessert. The place it’s self it’s super chill and cool atmosphere. The employees are wonderful but what I don’t understand is why EVERYTHING is mixed in with the peanuts . It’s 2024 and so many people suffer from peanut allergies. It broke my heart having to watch my son burst in tears and leave. I wish Charlie’s had more common courtesy. I mean at least a separate sprinkle container.

One flavor of ice cream in a soft serve machine, no fresh cones, premade cones only, no fresh strawberries (defrosted frozen berries), pictures don't represent the actual quality. Very disappointed. Never have seen an ice cream shop this bad. Stop at Safeway up the street for ice cream. Mountain ski town is no excuse for how bad this is!
