So this was my go to spot at Winter Park. Now for the 24-25 season they have reduced the menu and removed all the good food. Also went cashless. Not a good move guys. Bring the old menu back please!!

Terrible service and 12.9% in âtaxes & feesâ. Had to remind our disengaged server for water, drinks, utensils, and then she never checked on us. Doesnât seem like any of the staff want to be there; we were closed out proactively without asking for the check, and they werenât set to close for another hour+.

Bought $16 cocktails they came half full, sent them back and the same drinks came back with just ice added.
Was expecting way more for the amount we spent here. To start off the hostess seemed bothered that we were even there and when I asked to sit inside she was not super helpful. We received no menu and no eating utensils. Not sure what the point in having a hostess is. The waiter was very friendly, but the service was extremely slow. I ordered a hot beverage that was delivered room temp, the cauliflower appetizer was delicious though! The burger was fine and we got the skillet cookie which was a total disappointment for the price. It was just a store-bought cookie not even warm with ice cream on top. To make it worse it was just placed on top of a cold skillet⊠False advertising and not worth $15. We dine on the mountain every time we come, which is very often, but will not return.
