Scenic spot with limited options, but worth the stop
Bars on the mountain are few and far between, so this spot stands out more for its location than its variety. The menu is pretty limited—mainly beer, wings, and a few sides—but what they do have is done well enough. The wings were definitely on the small side, but they were flavorful and cooked just right. I’m usually not into waffle fries, but these were crispy, well-seasoned, and surprisingly enjoyable.
The real draw here is the view. If you’re lucky enough to grab a table that faces the mountains on a clear day, it totally elevates the experience. Sitting back with a cold beer and a view like that makes the limited food options feel like a minor detail. It’s the kind of place where the vibe carries the value.
That said, don’t expect it to be cheap. With just two people, a couple rounds of beer, and some food, you’re easily looking at a $100 tab. But for the combination of good company, fresh mountain air, and that killer backdrop—it’s worth the occasional splurge.

This place definitely lives up to the name. From the moment we sat down, our entire lunch hour was derailed by poor service, bad food and flat diet coke.

Easily the worst food on the mountain. 20$ for rubber chicken fingers and 8 waffle fries. The good news is no one goes here so there's always seating available. Garbage.

$20-$30 sandwiches using the cheapest preformed chicken patty available from Sysco. Apathetic servers, sticky tables, etc. I have low expectations for resort food, but this place is awful. No coat hooks for ski gear while you eat. Good for beer on the patio, but nothing else.

So this was my go to spot at Winter Park. Now for the 24-25 season they have reduced the menu and removed all the good food. Also went cashless. Not a good move guys. Bring the old menu back please!!

Terrible service and 12.9% in “taxes & fees”. Had to remind our disengaged server for water, drinks, utensils, and then she never checked on us. Doesn’t seem like any of the staff want to be there; we were closed out proactively without asking for the check, and they weren’t set to close for another hour+.
