New menu - Excellent!! I had tacos, they were delicious, just the right amount of heat, good combination of flavors. My partner had the club sandwich, very generous size and very good. Wonderful staff.
Great atmosphere, excellent and attentive staff! Food was good and they were able to accommodate my food allergies!
Need I say more?
We all got food poisoning from the bbq meat platters. The food came out cold and the waitress was too busy for us to send the food back so we just ate it. Big mistake.
A great place to relax in after a day's skiing
The food is very good, and the service is decent. The place is overall very cool to look at while eating, as they have numerous old photos of winter park from the 20th century. I love this place, and would definitely recommend!
Good for apre ski.
Come here if you want to wait and starve before someone asks if you even want water.
The brisket grilled cheese is the best thing I’ve ever ate.
Not a good atmosphere especially if you’re trying to watch sports games they don’t want to have live sound from tv’s and waiter was rude telling me I couldn’t have my phone playing sound and was disturbing guests even though you could barely hear it with environment being louder than the sound from my phone while everyone around trying to do the same thing and listen to game on their phone felt a very unsettling!

Horrible. Ordered food for the family and waited. Bartender was extremely rude. Food took forever and it wasn’t busy. Brought the food back to the room and all 10 individuals meals were cold. I ordered the brisket grilled cheese and it was burnt wonder bread and very little mystery meat for $20. Everyone was displeased by their meals. Don’t bother.
Doc’s is conveniently located near the gondola, and our server was wonderfully accommodating and helpful.
Unfortunately, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired and needs significant improvement to fully elevate the dining experience. It felt as though the head chef might have been away, leaving someone less experienced to handle the busy slope-side lunch crowd.
The club sandwich is usually my go-to dish when visiting a restaurant for the first time. However, as you can see from the picture, the turkey club at Doc’s was underwhelming. It consisted of a deli-thin slice of turkey, a single slice of bacon, a piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and two thick slices of toast—a disappointing 1:2 ratio of ingredients to bread. I’m more accustomed to a 2:1 ratio.
The tuna taco was described as “good” by my fellow diner, but the chicken wings were over-fried to the point where the meat was dry and flaky.
I’ve never left a review for any restaurant in my life. I’m not someone who nitpicks or looks for flaws, and I understand that restaurants can have off days with food quality, service, or cleanliness. With that said, I feel compelled to share just how terrible my experience at Doc’s Roadhouse was.
Everything about this place was disappointing. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms were filthy with overflowing trash, and the overall environment felt neglected. Our table was upstairs, right next to a snowblower and trash on the floor. While our server genuinely did his best (I have no complaints about him), the rest of the experience was abysmal.
The food was, without a doubt, some of the worst I’ve ever had. Most of our party of 10 felt sick the next day. The brisket was dry and tough, resembling beef jerky. The sausage tasted burnt, the mac and cheese was unappetizing, and even the fries were bad – which seems almost impossible to mess up. Mixed drinks were poorly made, served in the wrong glasses, and barely drinkable. The beer was the only decent item we had. The smoked chicken looked like scraps, as if it had been sitting at the bottom of a tray for hours. After eating the brisket grilled cheese, my daughter was sick all night.
The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. It was dirty to the point of being unhygienic, and I can’t understand how it’s still in operation. I’ve seen a few positive reviews with nice food photos, but I can assure you that what we were served looked nothing like that.
This is my first online review ever, which speaks volumes about how strongly I feel. This wasn’t a one-off bad experience—it’s clear this establishment hasn’t been cleaned or maintained in years. Avoid Doc’s Roadhouse at all costs. It’s a dirty, poorly managed place with terrible food and no redeeming qualities.
Probably the worst dining experience (service+food+price) I’ve ever had in my life. Eating on the resort like this should truly only ever be your last resort
Great food. Our server Diego was amazing.
