Amazing customer service, employees are always happy to help you as soon as you enter the store. It is a hard job and living up here isn’t what everyone cracks it up to be, just trying to make sure ends meet. As a local myself, this Dominoes is excellent and super convenient for those nights when Safeway is just too far away. *Ordering during the winter can be a difficult story..but so can just getting to the store, so can’t fault it when there’s 6 feet of snow outside!

Rude Staff and customer service, I’ve ordered veggie pizza or this what I thought it says on the menu (online) I went to pick it up and when I got home there pepperoni on it!! So I called the store and I explained the situation! What they told is there was nothing they can about!! I asked if they can offer some discount if I make a new order!! Their responds was THERE ARE NOTHING WE CAN DO!!

I typically cannot afford to tip to save my money when I order, but when I do have the money I make sure to tip at least 30%. This was an occasion where my boyfriend ordered for me so i had no control over tip. My driver today Daniel very first thing handed me the receipt and a pen to leave a tip, when that us an option on the app I would've done. I do not have cash. I felt bad and said "I'm sorry i don't have the money today." He decided to follow up with snide remarks saying "and I don't have enough money to pay my rent" before I could apologize he handed me my food almost forgetting the other box saying something like "wish I knew that before I wasted my gas to come here and bring you this". I work in food service and understand that prices are way up lately, however outright guilt-tripping the customer for not being able to tip one time is just rude. I've never had this issue before I usually get one of 2 people who are always nice. I normally don't write reviews especially about workers because (again) I work food service and know how frustrating it is not getting a tip, however this left my jaw on the floor with how blatant and rude one man can manage to be. Will not be ordering any time soon as I don't wanna see this guy again.

I ordered a pizza from winter park location. They called me and said it would be 45 to 60 minutes. I called after an hour and a half and they said drive just left. I've had this trouble before with this store. Most of the time the pizza is cold.

Neither the one in granby nor winter park, I will simply look for another place, there is a lot better places in grand county, there are many places with better quality pizza.... Today I ordered some chicken wings, when I went to get them, the food was overheated, it tasted horrible, the last time the pizza I ordered in granby was very toasted it looked like I was eating cardboard. I was eating cardboard.I recommend the manager to be more attentive to this situation because something like this can make people sick... you don't buy a franchisee only because you want to buy houses, and cars only, or you want to travel and have freedom. You Need to have more empathy and TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS❓️❓️PLEASE TAKE A FOOD PROTECTION CERTIFICATION MANAGER . PLEASE AND FOLLOW SAFETY PROCEDURES. YOU CAN TAKE A LOT COURSES ONLINE. every time that we have ever ordered the pizza has been cold and wrong, called in tonight to have the correct pizza made and got nothing but a attitude and told it would be another 35 min to a hour for delivery. it's already 8:20p.m I had to call in for th8s and my husband was already on his phone for this delivery for 20 min and no one got back on the line to help. where it only took 5 min for my call. Come on guys get it together

Ordered 2 pizza's at 6:00 P.M. Started looking a the tracker at 6:51. left the store at 7:01. Went to Meadow ridge first. Now its 7:25 and I don't know where they are. Good thing they don't advertise Hot and Fresh! 1 1/2 hours and I still don't have them.

Hands up one of the best Dominos I've ever ordered from. Everyone cares. They make the food consistently good every time. There could be a snow storm and they still say sorry they took so long. Everyone I've met is extremely kind and makes sure everything about their service is quality. I really respect and appreciate that! Rarity nowadays! Much love ? to all here!
