I ordered and paid online via applepay for pickup. When the transaction posted to my credit card, they added an additional tip from what I signed. I have pics of merchant and customer copies confirming this. Apparently they do this often from reading other reviews. Very illegal and unethical.

I eat a lot of dominoes and this is the best Domino’s Pizza I have ever had crispy crust and bottom, but perfectly cheesy and gooey on the inside they even put the toppings all the way to the edge of the crust 100 out of 10

Music is so loud you cannot hear the employees talk face to face with you, don’t order anything that’s not on the menus it will almost never be how you ordered it. The app will say your good is ready and to come inside and get it. However 90% of the time you will wait another 10-15 minutes after they say it’s done. Always check your food before you leave. You have the option to leave a tip on the app, if you don’t leave one to the employee’s satisfaction they will print you a new receipt for you too tip more. This domino’s makes me never want to tip again. Can’t wait for a little Caesar’s to run them out of WP over all your better off getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store, it will be done faster and with way less hassle! Would not recommend to the devil.

Pizza was ok, ordered bread bites and they looked like flattened pieces of cooked dough with no seasoning at all. No butter or parmesan just baked bread. This dominos is good for cheap deals if they got it but the professionalism is not there at all

Consistency has been thrown to the wayside in the last year or so. I’ve had several orders missing toppings or lacking enough that they weren’t noticeable. I once received a cheese pizza in place of a deluxe supreme, and a plain bread stick in place of the jalapeño bacon. While they do typically make it right, Dominos is the lazy Friday night meal, I shouldn’t have to be cautious about whether I’m getting what I paid for.

I appreciate their effort to resolve the situation and their commitment to customer satisfaction. While this doesn’t undo the initial disappointment, it’s a step in the right direction. Hoping for a better experience next time! **
We just ordered a pizza from Domino’s, and it was a huge letdown. The pizza came out completely dry—lacking flavor, proper texture, and any freshness. It felt like it was overcooked or left out for too long before being delivered. For a brand like Domino’s, this level of quality is unacceptable. We were really looking forward to enjoying a good meal tonight, but this has left us very disappointed. Definitely not the experience we expected. Think twice prior to ordering from them

Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich. It contained 4 or 5 small pieces of meat, (I think!) some cheese, a couple pieces of peppers and it was burnt. We also ordered the chicken & bacon. This was also burnt and very skimpy. The pizzas seemed ok. Workers were very nice.
