Great place to get away from Denver and enjoy the mountains. Across the street from the park where there were many 4th of July Events. Great amenities, Dog friendly, great food and Bar!

We had a great time at Gravity Haus Winter Park!

The place was packed when we arrived, with live music and fresh margs at their taco restaurant/check in spot. Took a little time to get us to our room, but once there, we loved the space, the layout, and modern amenities that aren't typically found at a road-side hotel. The hot tubs and workout room were great, and we loved the offerings of the mini bar. My daughter loved the bunk beds, which I'm sure come in handy during the ski season and groups heading up to the resort.

Some of the reviews had me worried, but I'm thankful our experience was perfect for our Winter Park adventure.

We had a great stay at Gravity Haus in Winter Park! Erica was so kind and helpful with my check-in. I had booked through AirBnB and there was a mix up with the check-in code and my last name. Erica and the other manager went out of their way to help me communicate with AirBnB and were even searching for other hotel rooms for me in case they couldn’t find my reservation. All worked out in the end, and we had dinner and drinks at the hotel which was perfect for our pets. Thanks for a great stay and for your kindness!

More than just a hotel for our girls mountain bike getaway. The tacos were delicious, the patio was fun and the staff were friendly. We rode right from the hotel and enjoyed a hot tub afterwards. Our room was comfortable for 3 people. One of us used the work space while the others went down for a margarita. We will definitely be back to this GH location

We had a great experience here! We were comfortable and it was a great location, as expected. The gym was excellent with lots of free weights- dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells.

I had a great experience while staying here. I had everything I needed. The restaurant was awesome and I loved the outdoor seating. All the employees were friendly.

Location was absolutely perfect. Cute little town with restaurants and shops in walking distance. We had no issues with parking, the one time we entered and there wasn’t a spot available, we circled the block and by that time someone had left. We had a noisy neighbor issue that was resolved immediately. The gym is pretty solid for being a hotel gym. Cosmetically there were some imperfections but nothing that affected our stay. The shuttle service was awesome. The food offered was also delicious. We loved it and will be back!

Initially it seemed like this place was really awesome and I imagine it could be. The convenience of being near a bus stop to get to Winter Park was amazing. The hot tub was a nice addition. We didn't use the weight room but it looks like it's a great benefit as well. I started to read reviews and the same things have been said over and over again and clearly corporate gravity haus doesn't want to fix anything. Staff was overall nice but it seemed they were overworked perhaps? There's virtually no guest services everything is geared towards the bar and restaurant. We had a tiny little trash can provided to us and filled that up pretty quickly I asked for where to put overflow trash and was told the housekeeping staff would deal with it. So I assumed housekeeping would come in and empty our trash. And when that didn't happen I asked if the rooms were serviced and was inform they are not. Again asked what to do with the trash and got what seemed to be an annoyed response. Eventually I was provided with a very large black trash bag that we just had in the room. I would have been happy to take my own trash out daily it just seemed like a secret wherever the trash cans were. Our TV broke on day two and we asked for that to come and be seen to and the very busy bar staff said we'll get to it if we can. Of course they never came because all efforts are on servicing the bar and the food. There is no headboard so the mattress kept slipping which is annoying. The sheets were thread-borne and ripped. I've read all of these items and reviews dating back two and three years ago. So just be aware there is no efforts to fix anything here. I recommend bringing a large trash bag, you might want to pack your own king size comfortable sheets, don't count on watching cable television it did seem like you could stream. We were wanting to watch football in the room. There's no incentive for gravity haus to do anything different they're going to make the 300 plus dollars in the winter and I'll get a response to this review saying oh gosh sorry you had all those issues we're looking into it we'll have somebody contact you. It's a clear pattern in the bad reviews. I really get the sense the staff is doing the best they can and this is a larger issue with gravity haus corporation.

Overall it's the great location and it is nice to be able to walk to the bar and get good drinks and the food is pretty decent. I tend to let all of these things go, but with two and three years of bad reviews and nothing being done about it I just feel like it's important to let people know what they're in for.

Rooms, location great. Their customer service is very low for me due to greetings and being polite isn't big for these staff. They don't check in if you need towels or bedding, which they tell you when you arrive, but I feel that if you have guest at hotels etc you should show good customer service and ask your guest how they are.

My stay was amazing and my family and I enjoyed ourselves. They had a free tube hill next street over maybe a block most to walk. It's a great place to stay and resonable pricing, pet friendly which is A BIG PLUS FOR MY FAMILY AND I. We would go back that's for sure. 😊

Nearby activities: Skiing, snowmobile, cute shops, everything you could walk to which is great and if you have a animal the access to park etc is awesome as well. Their is a lot to do!

This hotel is in a prime location. Plenty of restaurants/stores in walking distance. The bus stop is right outside and they had plenty of parking.

The rooms are modern and they provided a humidifier. But, the sheets had holes and they don’t offer any cleaning services during your stay.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Our flights arrived late and they provided late check in for us. They also provided anything we asked for very quickly (more pillows, towels, etc.)

Lastly, loved their lounge area and hot tubs. They offered free hydration packs and had plenty of options for drinks and food. Loved the community feel here. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

Would def stay here again. Overall, great stay for the price.

Great hotel at a good price and with a great location. The staff was very kind, and the rooms were clean and well-decorated. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly; I was able to take a 3-hour video call in my room without any issues
