i visited this pizza place in winter 2022 and i still think about it. the crust is SO good and they introduced me to honey on pizza. i have had hundreds of slices since hernando’s and it’s still #1 by far no competition

Great food. Would easily eat there again but for the small order we had and being there when only one other couple was there, it was a longer wait than I'd hoped. Friendly and nice.

There was a long wait for a table so we ordered a couple of pizzas for takeout. When I went in to pick up the order, I was disappointed that I wouldn't get to eat in. The place has a great cozy feel, especially on a snowy night.
The pizza was delicious. Some of the best crust I have ever tasted! We also got the cheese bread, which was worth every penny! Every piece was loaded with so much cheese.
This meal satisfied everyone in our group, from the foodies to the preteen who only eats pepperoni pizza. If we find ourselves in town again, we'll definitely be calling ahead earlier to get a table.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and have always loved the food here! The pizza is amazing, and this is where I discovered honey on the crust. The wings were also amazing! The atmosphere is wonderful as well; mountain town pizzeria; family friendly, but also trendy and fun for all.
Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere and food is kid friendly. They have pizza and other options as well.
The pizza was delicious with the twisted crust. Yummy with honey. We made a reservation a week in advance and it worked like a charm during high season! Great waitress service too.
Dietary restrictions: We had gluten free pizza crust on one of our pizzas and it was thin and delicious.
Great place to end after a long day on the slopes. Really fun environment and great atmosphere. There is all kinds of pop culture paraphernalia especially Star Wars and dollar bills all over the restaurant. Our server told us they estimate there is close to $40k on the walls and ceiling in bills. The food is good and the staff are friendly. Great place for the families. Good kids menu and it’s well priced for the quality of food.

The times we've visited Hernando's it has been busy, lively, and noisy, the perfect atmosphere for a family of seven adults arriving at Winter Park in a mood for fun. They even sat us at the same table! The servers are quick off the mark, friendly, and accommodating. The menu is built around a good selection of salads, pizza, pasta, and Italian sandwiches. Everyone enjoyed the family-sized Green Garden salad. Anchovy pizza! Yum! (For my middle son and I, everyone else detests it.) But they had plenty of their own choices (Chicken Parmigiana, vegetable sub, supreme pizza) and all the food was great.

For my family there's only 2 essentials when we come to winter park. Skiing and Hernando's pizza. There is nothing better than their rolled crust pizza after a day on the slopes. Staff is super friendly, and the $ decor is a vibe.
