Good staff, but terrible service. They’re consistently terribly understaffed and you can see the effect on operations. The drinks are fine but overpriced and the food is mediocre at best. The staff members at work are excellent but they need help.

We stopped in on Sunday night, early September, when the town was empty. Lime was one of the few restaurants open, and they served us a great meal. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Food used to be better. All four of our meals and the guacamole were edible, but such a disappointment for a prime location.

Exhausted from a day of mountaining we picked lime out of sheer convenience and close proximity to our lodging. With previous bad reviews being about large parties, wait times, etc, we figured a Tuesday night, late summer would be fine. It was. But with only two other parties in the place, we should’ve known. A group of four teens and an older couple at the bar drinking. Wait staff was courteous, quick, and the food is obviously not their fault. Kid got the mushroom tacos, they were mediocre at best, but the cabbage was dry, bland, and just kinda piled on the side. I got the margarita chicken. It was dry as a bone, the rice was so hard it was completely inedible, not sure if it was old or not cooked, I tried two bites and gave up. Then a fruit fly crawled out of my “salad”. $50 tab with 20, 22, & 25% tip options. Yikes.

Great menu selection. Great portion size. Amazing flavor.
Best food in the village.
Good Mexican food, right in the Village base of Winter Park Resort. Good gluten-free options, and full tequila bar
Just good cold Margaritas, my favorite after ski hangout!!!
Service is sooo slow. We were there with only 3 tables and 4 people at the bar. Bartender forgot my drink. Took forever to get extra green sauce. By then our food was cold
Chimichanga had no flavor. Black beans have no flavor. Rice had no flavor.
Bathroom is filthy. I always think that if you don't know how to clean a bathroom, you don't know what a clean kitchen is.
They have a great atmosphere going on.They just really need to upgrade their food and their cleaning.
