Chef Neal and his crew were outstanding. Pam and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening with them. Paella is one of our favorite restaurants in the Winter Park area. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food is to die for!!!
The owner and his team are wonderful and the food is fantastic. We love coming to Paella's when we're up here.
No hay palabras para describir el EXCELENTE servicio y la comida maravillosa que nos cocinaron. Neil, muchas gracias por la hospitalidad y por esperarnos y platicar con nosotros, Gracias! Volveremos pronto.
Hands down the best meal and best service I have had in winter park or all of grand county.
Ceviche was excellent, sea bass was perfectly cooked. Rice was delicious. Good wine. Not cheap, but the quality was there.
Indoor dining area is a nice space. Small patio in the back.

What a hidden gem! We never expected to find a restaurant of this quality in a ski/ mountain town we were passing through Winter Park and read the reviews and menus and we thought the menu sounded so innovative we wanted to try it. We were greeted warmly by Paco with olives, warm bread and oil. He continued to be attentive throughout our meal. He brought us our cocktails to sip on while we chose our appetizers and entrees. We chose the special of Serrano ham croquettas and a salad of artichokes anchovies, tomatoes and arugula adapted perfectly for me without the machego cheese. The piquant vinaigrette was one of the best I've had in a long time . Our entrees arrived with perfect timing and the Paella Mediterranean with seafood and sausage and chicken, was just like I remembered in Marbella! I thought I was full but could not stop eating every last crispy grain of rice! My husband had the grilled garlic shrimp ala planca, with grilled vegetables and saffron rice. Again it was delicious and filling. All the dishes were presented with such decorative care( and flowers!). We had no room for dessert- but we lingered over our wine and Paco brought us a Spanish liqueur which tasted like caramel and whisky, on the house. A lovely touch and ending to a a very special meal. We were sad to see there were only 3 couples on that Wednesday evening, but we will try to spread the news of this perfect restaurant find tucked away, behind the Main Street.
The food, service, and atmosphere were all great! But the prices were very high even for a tourist area.
We started with the scallops appetizer special which were delicious! But the price was not listed so even though the 4 tiny scallops were cooked perfectly and delicious... $28 was about double the price I was expecting!
The ensalada Espanola was also incredibly delicious, and though it was small, it was worth the $16.
Likewise, the paella de mariscos was absolutely wonderful but on the small side and pricey at $34.
The coffee was great too but wasn't expecting $6 per cup plus another $6 for a refill!
The flan for desert was probably the best flan I have ever had and worth the $12.
The bill came with a 20% gratuity already added on. Then when the credit card receipt came, they had another blank tip line. So beware of that!
Bottom line.... although everything was very very delicious, I won't come back again because the final bill of $173 + tip was about double what the meal was worth, especially considering that the portions were on the small side.

ordered two desserts & two drinks at the bar - $80+, gratuity automatically included which the bartender forgot to mention. One and done.

Not fresh and not good, 20% automatic gratuity. There aren’t a ton of options in town, but you can do a lot better than this place.

This place is a con. I have no clue how it's revied so highly. It's very expensive for what you get. Water is 6 $ per glass without being told and they add 20% gratuity. Ive been treated better by used cars salesman. I generally don't post reviews, but I was very upset with the underhanded buisness practice and wanted to warn others to not trust other reviews.

This has been my favorite dining experience since visiting WP. My family had the grilled shrimp, the paella and ceviche and it was all delicious. I also enjoyed my cocktail and loved eating outside in there cute outside dining area. Highly recommend this WP gem.

This little gem had amazing food and service. It is decorated beautifully, and it there were a wide variety of menu options. We ordered seafood and vegetable paellas, and both were very delicious! Our cocktails were well crafted, as well.
Automatically added a 20% tip for a group of 4 people without telling us...then asked for more. Good, but not 40% good because they don't tell you. Will take my business to a restaurant that doesn't demand a tip until it is warranted.
