This has been my favorite dining experience since visiting WP. My family had the grilled shrimp, the paella and ceviche and it was all delicious. I also enjoyed my cocktail and loved eating outside in there cute outside dining area. Highly recommend this WP gem.
This little gem had amazing food and service. It is decorated beautifully, and it there were a wide variety of menu options. We ordered seafood and vegetable paellas, and both were very delicious! Our cocktails were well crafted, as well.
Automatically added a 20% tip for a group of 4 people without telling us...then asked for more. Good, but not 40% good because they don't tell you. Will take my business to a restaurant that doesn't demand a tip until it is warranted.
A hidden gem in Winter Park. The chef visits the table and actually talks about the choices. Service was wonderful. Three of us chose paella of various types, the fourth chose the sea bass and said it was the best he'd ever had. And the mushroom appetizer was spectacular!
We went for lunch and we had a great server, his name was Miguel and he helped us and brought everything out efficiently and was kind. The food was incredible. It is hard to find that good of food in Winter Park. And outside they have a grass area with umbrellas so you can enjoy the heat without getting burned. Great experience.
Great food. The Paella is delicious.
Our waiter Miguel is great very attentive.
Sea bass with mushrooms and fresh truffles was stupendous—the best cooked fish I’ve ever had in 60 years of restaurant dining—moist tender flakey. Ceviche spices were complex and yummy and the bread hot from oven was superb with a unique delicate flavor. Great wait staff and manager—fun to see the old rustic Carvers reborn for fine dining.
We loved the food and experience of Paellas. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The chef was amazing. We had the Angus special and it was delicious. The drinks were amazing, the food was so flavorful and well done and the chocolate soufle was the cherry on top. We almost went back the next night for dinner, it was good. We’ll definitely be back soon.
Would unfortunately never recommend
I love Winter Park CO in May because you can go experience the local restaurants and really get to appreciate the people and the atmosphere without the crowds. Paella's is by far one of the best. The staff is super friendly and helpful. the food amazing and the location is quaint. Also, they actually have amazing cocktails and a good wine list. I highly recommend trying the Lomito Paella's... it was tender, well seasoned and just delicious!

This place is such a gem in Winter Park! The service is top notch and the food is incredible!
I showed up for my reservation a d the restaurant was locked and closed. If you are not going to be open regular hours, it would be super nice if you notified the public. Will not return and I am a local.
We love coming here, Everything is A+ from the food to employees and Chef Neil.
Excellent service and the food is delicious!
Excellent experience. Very attentive service, he was so helpful throughout our dinner. The lamb chops were delicious, as was the paella and desserts. Highly recommend. Fantastic dinner.
